Verified reviewThe site navigation is great, especially the granular filters (origin, cut, clarity, etc.) which are very helpful for narrowing down to the preferred piece. Lauren was also extremely helpful with timely responses on providing photo previews, payment plan options and order/delivery instructions. The piece also turned out amazing. I would definitely recommend using the site for those considering emerald pieces for their special occasion.

She helped us narrow down a dozen "favorite" sapphires, shared lots of comparison pictures, offered her thoughts on the stones when asked, coordinated the design of a custom engagement ring setting and matching wedding band, and made the buying experience great! I was a bit nervous to buy something so personal and important as this ring online, but I could not be happier with the process and the amazing ring!

I found it very helpful to digitally place my selected stone into a setting. I also purchased a 3D plastic model, which helped me fully visualize the ring. Katherine was very helpful during the whole process. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and I didn't feel pressured by her. I would recommend working with this company.

The company is very easy to navigate and has a great selection of sapphires, with multiple certification and information readily shared. The process of allowing buyers to create a sample ring in virtual (model) environment, and sharing via email, was extremely helpful, and helped in decision making. My main contact was Lauren Kelly-Nelson, who was most patient, gracious, and never put any pressure, while helping with all my requests. On receipt of the parcel, the nature of delivery (white glove standards) was quite exquisite, and the ring itself as promised. I rate this business as a 5 star company for their quality of service, and customer relations.

Katherine was an excellent help in steering me toward rings closer to what I was looking for, and I was able to narrow it down to two designs I really liked. I decided to do a custom ring taking the best of the two designs and the detail work done on the ring had me tearing up knowing my future fiance will be absolutely obsessed with this ring.
