Vous avez reçu un courriel le 30 octobre contenant les informations de suivi de votre commande et l'adresse correcte que vous nous avez fournie. Ce matin, à 11 h 08, vous avez reçu un autre courriel de notre part vous informant que votre colis est en cours de livraison. Si le transporteur vous a causé des difficultés, nous vous présentons nos plus sincères excuses et vous invitons à le contacter directement afin de résoudre tout problème rencontré.
