    Purchased a Cardigan and a trousers they came in the promised period of time. The cardigan is of good quality. The trousers came out too small, so was send back at the End of November with the wish to exchange in another size (Retoure). It was delivered to Lanificio Nov 28. Despite several reminders per email and Whats App until Jan 1 st no reaction. --> dissatisfied.

    Terrible service! Fedex is so unpredictable. I have not yet recieved the packet. All the time it was showing that it will come of Monday so I waited and nothing came! I was in the office on Tuesday and they came and went back. Then I stayed today at home as it said it will come on Wednesday and it is not coming today. Status changed just instantly to Thursday. Now I am stuck to stay at home tomorrow and not go to work to wait for the package if it comes. At this point I am not sure anymore. Please don't used Fedex or ask them to be more reliable. This is such a bad customer experience!
