Verified reviewI ordered a coat from Illanificio, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After placing my order, I waited an entire month without receiving a shipping confirmation or any response from customer support. Frustrated, I opened a PayPal dispute. Shortly after, I finally received a shipping confirmation and decided to wait for the product. However, the tracking status never updated for another month. At this point, I requested a refund, which I thankfully received. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I cannot recommend Illanificio based on this.

Verified reviewPurchased a Cardigan and a trousers they came in the promised period of time. The cardigan is of good quality. The trousers came out too small, so was send back at the End of November with the wish to exchange in another size (Retoure). It was delivered to Lanificio Nov 28. Despite several reminders per email and Whats App until Jan 1 st no reaction. --> dissatisfied.

Verified reviewTerrible service! Fedex is so unpredictable. I have not yet recieved the packet. All the time it was showing that it will come of Monday so I waited and nothing came! I was in the office on Tuesday and they came and went back. Then I stayed today at home as it said it will come on Wednesday and it is not coming today. Status changed just instantly to Thursday. Now I am stuck to stay at home tomorrow and not go to work to wait for the package if it comes. At this point I am not sure anymore. Please don't used Fedex or ask them to be more reliable. This is such a bad customer experience!
