    Order two chairs on June 28 th and money was taken off my credit card,called July 10th and they had not been processed or ordered. Very poor business and customer service. Never had I ever had money taken off and no email confirming order and tracking items. I am working without shampoo chairs while you have had my money for almost two weeks before you put in my order. Praying they come in soon and are what I expected 🙏

    I am so disappointed in the way my order has been handled. It is borderline criminal. I have received this email fine with no explanation or warning the chairs were not available. No phone calls no Compensation no explanation on why we are just finding out since June 28th .
