Outstanding Service at an Unbeatable Value I had an exceptional experience using Walk-In Lab. When my doctor ordered lab work, I was shocked to see the price difference: only $29 through Walk-In Lab compared to $380 using insurance at a traditional clinic. Not only was the cost significantly lower, but the turnaround time was also incredibly fast—results arrived via email within 1–2 days, sometimes even the same day. In contrast, I’ve waited weeks (and even needed a follow-up appointment) to get results from my clinic. The process of ordering tests online is straightforward and convenient. Arriving at the partnered lab facility was smooth—friendly technicians, clean environment, and I was seen in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to bypass the excessive costs of today’s profit-driven hospitals and clinics. I'm really happy that I was able to get the lab tests I ordered so quickly and an appointment for the blood draw quickly. My only issue was I was not alerted that I needed to fast for one of my tests. So I would say make sure to triple check if you need to fast.

If I could give a 0 stars, I would. I went through a lot of hustle with getting my results back. My test was delayed (Labcorp gave me 1 - 2 days turnaround, while walk-in lab was making me run in circles). They said 7-8 business days and on top of those another 8 business days. After many calls with CS, they all of a sudden published my results, which I don't trust. I would never use Walk in Lab again

My insurance stopped covering one specific test. I'm happy there is Walk-In Lab! The prices are reasonable compared to the labs' uninsured prices. WIL is quick and reliable. I print nothing as it always goes to the lab I use electronically. Highly recommend WIL.

My last experience in Walk in lab was really bad. There was no one at reception desk and people had to wait for more than 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Staff was rude and instead of being apologetic they were arguing and trying to defend short staff excuse. For God sake, hire more people and give good customer service the people visiting your labs. Customer Service and is not just attending people, it is also about talking to customers politely with the smile on face smile. You guys really need to send your staff for customer service training.

Walk-In Lab is so easy to use and lets me be in control of my lab work. The prices are so much less than going through the doctor's office or even directly through the lab. It is very convenient to have all my routine labs done before I see my doctor, so we don't have to wait for results to come back to properly manage my chronic health issues.

I had a lot of questions about my health and was not getting answers because the NIH has placed parameters of age and probability on Cindy. After breast cancer at 34 and colon cancer at 44, I was tired of waiting to be “of age” for certain tests. Walk in labs put the power of discovery beck in my court. Thank you! Walk in Lab's customer service is first class. The agents are friendly, courteous, and efficient. The agent I spoke with on the phone took care of everything for me, so all I had to do was show up at the lab for the blood draw. I received the results quickly afterwards. I was able to order lab tests at a reasonable price that my Naturopath had requested I get. Since naturopathic services are not covered by my insurance, I was delighted to find this option, and the ordering process was seamless. I was also greatly appreciated that they were able to fax the order to my lab since I do not have a working printer.

I had an appointment. I showed up to find the lab was closed. I had to go to another location where I didn’t have an allotted time so I had to wait. Why couldn’t I have been emailed in advance when they were not going to honour my appointment? The lab experience itself was great. I love all the things we are able to test for with walk-in labs. It really helped me to understand what I was dealing with. I’m currently not insured. Not ideal to be in that situation, but with this knowledge and getting help understanding the labs from medical occupations with in my family along with my nutritionists has helped me to figure out the path forward and also an indicator leading to what other tests to run.

Was able to order my tests, print off the requisition form, pay for it online, make my lab appointment at a lab near me, and get my blood work done according to my own needs. This was a super easy experience. I wanted to compare my results with my son's but I didn't want to go through the expense of getting a doctor involved. This was a great way to get my levels.
