    I’m very upset and frustrated that I haven’t received my order which includes a $1000 jar of face cream. I received a notice from you that DSL had contacted me with no response. THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! I received an email from you to contact DSL, which is totally impossible to talk to a human being!!! I have nothing except the knowledge that my payment to you went through with PayPal for $1400 + dollars. What can I do next?     I love your products but am having trouble tracking my purchases on your website. I have homes in several different locations, so the list of past orders has helped me in the past to keep track of what products I have in each place.     Ordered Det02x Cream, it comes with gifts and samples that I really love. I bought a Valmont Advent Calendar that I could tried lots of different products a few years ago. But sadly this year’s Advent Calendar was a bit too expensive with a price tag of £1960. I bought a pot of detox cream instead. Luckily it was a really good product and got my skin refresh after applying to my skin. I recommend this brand to my friends but they said the price was expensive.

    Way overpriced perfume. Have bought it as anniversary gift, and it has ruined all celebration as it came with broken lid which is nono for the perfume of 490 euros. Support has send me new lid but even dis not add any complementary gift to it in order to compensate somehow ruined anniversary. Moreover, the perfume is weak lasts for couple of hours only.

    This is my first purchase of valont skin care products. When I got the package. I was very happy to the record an open box video. What I didn't realize was that there was a mask missing. I bought two different masks. Then I contacted the customer service.customer service was very slow to respond to emails. I reply to my email once a week. The last time I replied to my email was last Thursday. So far the problem has not been solved. And No welcome gift. I'll email to customer service right away. I didn't get help.

    I love Valmont products but I experienced a bit of an issue when the item arrived from Switzerland in Italy. The Italian shipping agent was more helpful than the Valmont customer service, who responded to me a day or two later after my inquiry and did not provide the correct or useful information. I will certainly continue to use Valmont but would suggest not shipping it across country lines since their team seems not very good at this.

    I received the damaged package and took photos. But the email response was very slow and did not solve any problem at all. My request was very simple: I did not bear any shipping costs for the return, but when I got the refund, I still received a refund minus my package costs. So I strongly recommend not to buy from the official website, especially for such an expensive product. What you will get: absolutely no customer service, and emails that do not solve the problem at all. Waste of everyone's time.

    Every aspect of the ordering process was excellent as would be expected from Valmont.     I enjoyed a wonderful Elixir d'Himalaya's facial at the Coworth Park spa and then went online to purchase make up, as they didn't sell it at Coworth park. The colour that I chose is a little too dark for my fair skin, so I think I will have to order a lighter one, but don't want to make another mistake! If you can send a colour chart this would be most helpful? I remember Valmont products at the Eden Roc in Antibes about 10 years ago, before they switched to other brands.

    I am disappointed to find out that product returns are not permitted. Although the “Moisture in a Mask” used to work very well for me, my skin is now more sensitive.     Greetings, I don't think you have read all of the feedback. The other aspects of the process were unsatisfactory, including a long delay in delivery, the outer and inner packaging being damaged and taped back together, and finally, the fact that the Valmont folks to whom I reported the damage said it was not their fault. They were going to send another shipment, but that was never received. Thank you.

    I am a fan of these products. I use this cosmetic more then 4 years. I feel good using it on my face. The skin is hydrated, soft. The price is not so chip but I believe it worth it. The quality is satisfied. The delivery is beautiful ... I always get some nice stuff for free and even small amount of cosmetics for free so I can try it and buy it in future. This is the number 1 for me and I don't plan to change this cosmetics in the nearest future.

    I use to really like this product but I think it has recently been reformulated. For some reason at night when I wash my face with bubble falls and then use the moisturizing with a cream my cheeks turns really red. I don’t know why but Valmont is all I use and before it was not like this. I do sort of regret purchasing this item.

    I absolutely love the bubble falls cleanser. I first experienced this cleanser at a spa in Florida. I had the best experience and they send this cleanser as a gift after my treatment. Initially, I didn't feel I was getting the right amount of cleansing action. But combined with a toner it is actually all you need. I also learned that to get the optimal effect from your expensive lotions you must prep your skin with the adequate pH pretreatment. My skin has been radiant and the twice a day experience is not too much for my skin. Try it. 2 pumps and follow it up with a good toner and it's all your skin really needs. I will buy it again. Additionally, you get a discount for your first order as well as other gifts to try. I have not yet used the eye treatment or the toner as I am finishing up the other brand to see which one I like better.

    I find the shopping online experience easy if I know what I'm intending to buy. I have wondered about other products but have gone to a Valmont counter in the city if I want to get better information before buying.
