  Daily boost. Very simple. Start the coffee, add greens and beets to the blender bottle. Sometimes I add a little lemon juice. Fills in the gaps I know I have in my diet.

  Love it! I love the high quality ingredients and will continue to purchase. I would like to suggest that shipments for subscriptions services be sent out sooner.   TAKE THAT, AUTOIMMUNE!! I struggle with exhaustion from autoimmune, so I was interested in adding Live It Up to my daily routine to see if it would make a difference…I am happy to report, I am feeling more energized and healthier than I have in years! Yesterday, my husband and I went on a hike and I insisted we do the harder route. I still had energy by the time we got back to the car, and my husband commented at how well I am doing lately.♥️The whole ride home I was looking forward to my icy beet juice (which to me, tastes like a healthy fruit punch) I’ve been starting every morning with a scoop of the Live It Up Greens in my chocolate protein shake. It taste like a delicious Andes mint! Then, instead of having a third afternoon cup of coffee to make it through the day, I have the beet juice and I feel so much healthier and energized! To me these products are worth every penny…

  Keep me healthy at age 77. Love the product, as I believe in its beneficial ingredients, my only wish, and not a complaint, but perhaps a suggestion, is the packing. It is difficult to dislodge all of the powder because of the folding flaps, and some of it is lost. I normally transfer the contents to a more convenient container. .

  Feel the difference. I can definitely feel there is an energy boost in the morning that lasts. I have a clean diet and exercise regularly. However taking the full scoop caused too much stomach issues (constipation). So I cut down to a 1/2 tablespoon and it’s fine.

  So good! One month in and I'm feeling so great! I had no expectations, but decided to give it a try. I could tell a difference in one week. Bloating; gone. Afternoon slump; gone.   Benefits to gut issues. I’m finding some interesting effects. They may not be causal. I have been experiencing discomfort and distress in the lower gut for many years and seen numerous GI docs including Mayo’s Scottsdale clinic without relief. This problem improved marginally but noticeably with the greens. When I ran out for a few days the symptoms came back; when that shipment arrived it became better. I’ve been mixing the green’s with a cheap bulk supplement of beet powder. The peppermint flavor of the greens effectively reducing the disgusting taste of the beet powder so I am able to realize the athletic performance benefits of beet power.

  Great product at a very good price. Looked for an alternative to AG1 and found this. It’s now called “Live It Up” but is the same product as Sensi Super Greens. Very tasty and gives me everything I’m looking for. Only wish it had “adaptogens” (mushroom extract) as well but I’ve sourced that separately.

  Switched from AG1. Ingredients are close enough to be the same, AG1 has a couple of things I was trying to avoid. Live it up is also more cost effective, I subscribe to the product and have enjoyed it completely. Shipping is on time and I prompt, you will not find yourself missing and days because it wasn't shipped on time.

  Best Greens I’ve Had! I love these greens. I’ve been taking greens for years and have tried several different brands - most of which don’t mix well, you have to chug to get by the taste, or cover with something else. These greens are smooth and delicious, and they don’t compromise on health. My gut health is noticeably better, less bloating, more energy. And you actually want to sip these because they’re GOOD. I mix with almond milk and protein powder to start my days.

  Live It Up powder. Overall has been great. My complaint is that the powder has not been lasting 30 days. Started keeping track of usage and noticed the last couple of months I ran out before next shipment. Using the scoop provided and using a level dose. 28 days last month and I am out now with 4 days to go. Why?

  Incredible Product, Incredible Support. I am such a huge fan. I’ve been curious about athletic greens like AG1 for years. I finally pulled the trigger around November when one of my favorite fitness content creators mentioned how beneficial it’s been for her seasonal affective disorder. I did my research and picked this brand. First day I felt like my digestive system kicked online in the best way. Over time I noticed better moods and sustained energy throughout the day.   Simple Super Green. It has become a part of my daily routine. It has a refreshing taste. It is good source of energy. It gives me nutrients I need. I add a scoop to my breakfast bowl in the morning. I make raw dessert with the green powder, I enjoy it in my snacks as well. Raw cacao powder, raw cacao nibs, sunflower seed cold pressed plain protein, live it up green dash of organic monk fruit without any additives and filtered water to mix it all ( enough to make small square or rounds).   Like attracts like. Very Palatable and easy to fit into my daily routine. I mix it as I’m making my morning tea in a reusable glass water bottle with a strong sealing lid and shake and drink. But you do have to shake before each drink because it does separate regardless of if I use a frother or just shake it. Tastes better when it’s cold. I take it with me to work and sip on it through the morning. The one BIG difference I've noticed is that drinking it every day makes me crave vegetables! I have found myself working more vegetables into breakfast and lunch. Arugula with eggs or on toast anyone?

  Great fuel for workouts! I love this stuff. I personally love lemon. And I know they say it contains lemon powder - but it takes basically like water until I add more of my own lemon juice to it. After I do that, it’s delicious! I mix in my Creatine and drink it before I workout. It’s wonderful and will not keep you awake at night even if you drink it in the afternoon. It’s my go to afternoon beverage.

  Best Greens Power but One Request. This is a great product, much more natural/ real ingredients than your competitors like AG1. But if you are keeping on brand with this, would be great to have an unsweetened option for the people that don't want any sweeteners (lots of overlap with your "natural" positioning).   Finally I can Wake Up Refreshed. From the first day I bought this I was very impressed. I love the flavor it's sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet. I mix this powder with cold milk every night about 30 minutes up to 2 hours before bed. The first night I took it I started to feel relaxed within 15 minutes. I slept very well that night and the next morining I woke up feeling refreshed. I use to occasionally take pills to help me sleep but they didn't always work and I would wake up groggy. Now I sleep soundly with no problems. If I wake up for any reason I usually fall back to sleep within 5 minutes. I also have high anxiety and when I get off work at night I sometimes can't wind down. That's no longer a problem this powder. It works wonders with my anxiety and relaxing me after a hard day of work.

I drink it down in a few minutes sometimes with food and sometimes on its own. I'm lazy so I've never tried it in a smoothie but I can imagine that being quite good to.
