  Improvement. I have used the greens for over a year now and my overall gut health feels much healthier. I could tell within 48 hours a difference. I attempted the original flavor first, but did not like the mint taste.

  Sleeping through the night again.After almost 2 years of interrupted sleep (wakefulness between 1:30 am and 4:30 am that consistently kept me up for 2 hours each night), I had resorted to an OTC sleep aid once a week or so just to have an occasional solid night's sleep, but I knew the product wasn't safe overall. I was ready to try something safe and long lasting! My cousin shared Golden Hour with me when I visited her, and I had a good sleep that night. I ended up ordering when I returned home and am happy to say that I have had excellent sleep for almost two weeks! The one night that I was overly exhausted, I did wake about every 90 minutes. However, I fell right back to sleep each time! I am so thankful for this safe, natural product!

  Living it up to the max! I really enjoy Live it Up super greens drink powder. I have been drinking this for a couple years now. I shake it up with filtered water and a little coconut milk. The taste is good but the benefits are why I drink it. I'm not great about eating leafy greens every day. I also haven't gotten sick since I started drinking this.

  Better Than Coffee. I drink Super Greens every day as part of my morning routine and find it more energizing than coffee. My husband is finicky but he now drinks it too! The Beet Root is a great addition to my protein shakes.

  Super Greens. Drinking this daily has protected my immune system. I haven’t gotten as sick as I did before I started drinking this. It takes about a week to start feeling and seeing the results. My skin is clearer, I sleep better, I have more energy and I haven’t gotten sick with any of these crazy viruses. This has a slight mint taste. Like water with a slight mint taste. Would highly recommend!

  Hands down best greens on the market. In my experience, the best option on the market for powdered greens.   It’s True. My wife and I started this journey a year ago. Since then we have noted a marked difference in our overall health. Our immunity seems stronger, daily energy is better, we just don’t feel as “blah” as we used to. We attribute this in large part to Live It Up. Amazing product.

  Love! I have been drinking it almost daily for the past 3 months and I love the taste when just mixing with cold water and will sometimes blend with water and frozen fruit. I feel great and seems to give me a little boost of energy.

  Big big fan! Thee canister is great! The bags were just fine sealing/freshness wise but I like the official look. As far as the greens themselves I am very pleased! I started a few months ago and just do not want to know what a day without would feel like. My body’s first reaction was a kickstart in my digestion. Longer term benefits: my energy is sooo much better. I feel like this + vitamin D every morning has been kicking my SAD in the face. I feel like my hair skin and nails have all improved. I pondered AG1 for years and finally went to pull the trigger… found this on a product comparison page and decided on it instead. Absolutely no regrets!

  Love this product! I've been using Live it Up greens for almost a year now. I had been using AG1 because every podcaster and their mother endorses it, but I honestly didn't like the taste and found it very expensive. After in depth research, I discovered Live it Up greens and I'm never going back! I truly love the taste, my digestion and sleep are both better, my skin is brighter, my hair is stronger, and I've stropped drinking as much coffee.   Yummy. I really enjoy this green powder! I love that there's no artificial sweeteners. I mix it with either water or sometimes milk and it almost has a slightly minty taste that's quite delicious. Makes doing something healthy for myself easy and enjoyable!

  Unexpected possible benefit. I like the peppermint flavor (although my wife says it tastes like toothpaste) and found that I can mix it with beet root juice successfully neutralizing the disgusting taste of beets. I have some unexplained lower intestinal bloating and discomfort. Whether I do the Live it Up or not that has significantly diminished since starting use and the relief is consistent. If this is due to the powder it is quite remarkable because I’ve seen numerous GI docs including spending a year at the Mayo GI clinic in Scottsdale getting every test known to medicine. None of the docs could figure out what it was and what the solution could be. I can’t prove this is due to the powder but I’m not going to stop taking it.

  I take it each Morning. First, the flavor is great. The mint is refreshing. I take about 1.25 scoop in a large glass of water with a splash of juice each morning. Even my 6 yr old son drinks a small glass with me. Secondly, I feel my health goals are being met. Quality is consistent and my monthly package arrives on time.

I've been incorporating greens in my diet for 6+ years and have tried numerous products--several high end ones that require subscriptions and many off the shelf. Live It Up is the best one on the market. The taste is great—love the soft mint flavor—and the texture is perfect for a shake and go with water. I add a scoop of collagen peptides (skin, joints), lions mane (clarity of mind) and matcha (energy kick) to boost the formulae.

  Luv It Up is worth it. I have subscribed to AG Greens and I switched to Live It Up because it offered primarily the same ingredients at a lower cost. I recommend subscribing to LIU. It’s a good produce and it’s always delivered on time.

  Yummy.I was surprised how cool and refreshing it is in the morning. I’m not a big water drinker so I appreciate the help ! My only problem is I can’t consume it as often as it arrives and having trouble spacing it out using the website. Otherwise I’d highly recommend Live it Up.

  Energy & Regularity! My wife & I love this product. The taste was a slightly acquired taste, it took a couple weeks to get accustomed to it, but now we’ve actually grown to really enjoy the flavor. Live It Up has really helped with gut regularity and also gives a nice, natural boost of energy each day. I usually try to take it in the morning but sometimes I take it in the afternoon and it rejuvenates the energy I’ve spent throughout the day. Only downside is that it would be nice to have some travel packs as me and my wife are always on the move, but that’s a small thing in comparison to how great the product really is!

  What a feeling! Every day since I started using Live It Up, my brain function is better. I have even more energy to tackle the tasks of my life. I'm an endurance athlete and this just gives me the reassurance that my body is operating efficiently and effectively. Love this so much I shared it with my mom and sister at Christmas. They have now ordered their own product.
