All I received was the paperwork filled out so I could apply for a passport with the government. Very disappointing. More fool me.

I will definitely recommend using Gov to friends. Of course I will be using it again to renew my wife's passport. As someone who has done support in the past, I know good support when I experience it. Gov support is exactly what support should be.

Verified reviewIt has taken a month now and I still haven't gotten my passport the keepasking me to upload documents that I have before and it takes them 5-7 days to let you know I finally got a shipping date ans so far it's been 7 days and have not shipped it yet now that's terrible slow compared to what the site and commercials say they are quick to answer email but try to get anything done I would stayvaway and go to the post office I had though this would save time I guess not they are suppose to call me today and it's been 2 hours I'm still waiting I'm done go to the post office

Now I am seeing that this is a private Company out scamming people promising service of saving time and money but up charging you every step of the way. Don't do it people!!! if you see this Company RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
