Good product, great price, fast shipping. I wanted glass gallon jugs for storing water; the TricorBraun price was cheaper than Amazon (even including shipping) so I went for it. Was shocked by how quickly the order showed up; I think it was 2 days. The jugs are very sturdy and were well-packed; no damage. Great experience all around.

Whenever there is a question with regard to items online and I call customer service for assistance, my call is usually answered immediately and always with a real person responding! I have received excellent help every time. Reps always are personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, even going above and beyond to find solutions. Plus, there is wide selection of quality product at competitive or better prices. In the case of out of stock items, which are challenging to do without, I always receive assistance to find a substitute item that will suffice in the meantime.

The products are great I had a little trouble ordering. I think there was something wrong with my browser on my phone and it took three days to get a response. I kept calling and leaving a message and finally I sent an email and then the next day, I got some advice on how to place the order.

I’m very disappointed. I still have not received the bottles. I’ve been in business for a year and we are branching out selling our BBQ sauce and was in search of a bottle to represent our sauce, from your website and picture, your bottle is perfect for our NAKED RIB BBQ sauce. We were expecting the bottles over a week ago, which has caused us a delay. I do understand there are delays, but the explanation for the delay makes no sense to myself. I was told the package had not been shipped because the shipper had not came to pick up the package. That it had been sitting there since February 12, waiting for Federal Express to come pick it up. After I made numerous phone calls, someone finally researched and realized the package had never been shipped. The problem if I had not continue to call an email the package may have never been shipped. When I finally spoke to someone a few days ago, they still cannot guarantee me when the package will be shipped out the best they could tell me it may take a few more days. When I ask if you could expedite the shipping, I was told they may be able to do that only to find out it was ship ground and it may take another week or two to arrive. To me that’s unacceptable. I know at this current time I’m not one of your big customers and I’m a new customer but we are planning on making our BBQ sauce something very big. I believe your bottle will be the bottle that will represent our sauce. I’m just very disappointed on our first attempt to do business with your company. Thank you for listening. Backordered items were advertised as in stock. Partial order shipped without authorization. Customer support responses take more than 24 hours, but are decent when they are finally given. This is a competitive space with many supplier options and this was not a competitive experience. The only edge this supplier has is allowing transactions to be completed on their site where most suppliers still use a legacy clunky PO process requiring too much time and manual communication to busy clients.

Ordering the 2 sizes of jar lids was very easy, and the pricing fair. Delivery was quick. My issue is the way the lids were packaged, causing essentially all of the lids to have scratches on them. We had a rush order to get some products to a customer, and had to send them jars with lids that were scratched and scarred. I am expecting a very nasty letter from them soon. The second size of jar lids we did not use at all are sitting in a box waiting to try and return for a refund. With the finish being so smooth and glossy on these lids I am surprised that the packaging was done so poorly.
