Pod always has what I need, they have it at a decent price, the shipping isn't terrible & we get our order in a short amount of time. Wish the cobalt blue were a little lighter, so they were easier to fill. Other than that, great company.

The products are great, the shipping was fast. It was a good deal. The problem is the shopping system. I ordered the wrong product because it suggested a pump for the bottles I ordered, but the bottles were a different size than the pump so now I have a bunch of pumps I can't use and a bunch of bottles that I have to order new pumps for. They should not be categorized together if they don't work together. There needs to be a new system in place if I'm going to keep ordering from here.

Answer by Easter DFlag45524 -Cobalt Blue Glass Bottles When I looked these up, it said that the pump sprayers were suggested for these bottles but they do not fit as you rightly stated.

Customer service Bri was excellent and super helpful... however we ordered Gallon bottles and paid for them and they have not estimated date of delivery and we were never notified and was counting on those bottles. I do realize this is not Bri's fault and she was very very helpful..

I love the product, but one of the lids was missing. I left a phone message, but have gotten no response. These little bottles are used here to house herbs and mixes which have saved my life and my cat's life, so they mean a lot to me. Failure to get each piece bought, and to get no response...leaves me with a bad feeling for the company. I know we're all stressed and busy, but as I said these help keep me and my cat going and back to health...Unless I get the other lid, I won't use this company again.

According to your website, the paperwork included in the box and the physical count, I received 132 20-410 SKU number 134308 pieces. I will still order from your store as prices are excellent this is just a hiccup I assume maybe per company policy etc in regards to phone calls or email on back order items. Thanks for your reply. I do love this company, but as a business owner when I am out of stock on an item we make sure to contact the customer by email or a phone call allowing them to know the item is out of stock and when to expect delivery. A packing list was included showing the out of stock item, but If I needed the rest I would have no known until I received shipment and would have delayed buying from another vendor. Communication is a VERY big deal for me and running by business.

As stated I will continue to order form your company as I do like the prices and shipping speeds are great, but again I feel an immediate response should be taken before the item is shipped to allow a customer to shop around for another selection or not allow the customer to order and pay for something that is not in stock. It allowed the order to be processed when inventory was not available.

I ordered 40 bottles and 40 caps to sample. The arrival time was exceptionally fast and the packaging protected the glass bottles well. Two of the caps I ordered were bent which prevented me from using the two bottles or caps. Other than that I would probably order from here again.
