  I found packaging options direct about a year ago now and I have slowly replaced almost all of my packaging with their products. Very well designed site with easy navigation and the ability to re-order from prior invoices.   I am always surprised by how quick things get shipped from y'all. If anything, they have been shipping quicker during the pandemic (although my orders have been very simple these days). All glass arrives whole, yet the amount of excess packaging is never over the top. This environmentalist appreciates that fact.

  Customer Service seems to vary. I had called about missing items, after not receiving a email response, and was told the missing items would be shipped out immediately. And I would receive a email regarding shipment. I finally received the missing items with my next order.

  This was my first time working with POD, I found them to be a pretty good company to work with and my shipment actually arrived sooner then I thought that it would. Prices are great and I will be ordering from them again. I do wish that they had inventory/warehouse here in So Cal so I could conduct Will Calls on my orders, as they currently offer free shipping, however, I know that will end sooner or later. Hopefully much later.

  I LOVE using packaging options direct for all my packaging needs! Everything comes in a timely manner and I’ve never had an issue with anything being missing or broken. My jars and tops are all very good quality and the prices are great! I hope they’ll be getting 8 oz cobalt blue PET jars soon. That’s the only thing I have to get elsewhere. Other than that I won’t go anywhere else for my jars.

  I ordered several cases of glass shaker bottles. One of them was shattered when it arrived so I emailed customer support. Within 24 hours they had shipped a replacement and I had a tracking number. It was super easy and I will more than likely be ordering from here again. It was also nice to be able to order bottles and have the matching lids right there on the screen instead of hunting and playing a guessing game.
