  The product is great! Who they use to ship with such as fedex is not. When I first placed my order with packing option direct. They shipped with fedex, Fedex sent my order back to them without notifying me because of the area I live in is a restricted area for them .However I never had this problem before but packing options direct gave me good customer service by reshipping it.

  The plastic bottles I purchased are perfect for glitter. The lids have some room for improvement. While they fit the bottle well, about 50% of them do not click and stay closed and all of them leak product. They do not close tight enough to keep glitter/small spices from leaking out if stored on their sides or moved from one place to another.

  I only ordered from this company because of the free shipping. The product pricing was not the lowest I found. The ordering process was a breeze...I received all my shipping confirmations without contacting the company. My order didn’t process until a week later which was fine because a few of my items were on back order and everything arrived at the same time! Now a I can’t understand why because they pack and secure everything solid...but I lost almost a case of my 16 oz jars. You could see where the box was damaged but I don’t I stand how that happened with all the bubble and the way it was packed. I will be gladly ordering again...and ahead of time to compensate for the delay! And the product came as described on the site and everything fit except one set of shrink wrap, which probably was my mistake.

  My regular bottle company of 10 years dropped the ball on their orifice reducers, they suddenly didn’t fit the tiny glass drams I use for my business and left me in a panic. I found this company w a quick search, the reducers came fairly fast and fit perfectly. In fact they seem to be a better quality. I’ll definitely be back, thanks!

  The bottles are great & pricing is good. The reason I leave this rating is because of the shipping. They didn't offer me expedited shipping when doing my order online even though I was under the minimum amount to get free shipping. So I should of been offered different options, but that wasn't the case. We also just got the order today when according to the sales order and the Fed Ex tracking page the order was meant to be here Wednesday, then when it didn't come, it said Thursday. It didn't get here till Friday morning. It took a week to receive the order when normally it takes 2 days.

COVID-19 has also caused some delivery issues with various carriers.   They had the best price for the 5 gallon carboys. It turns out is was less expensive to order six of them that four because of the free shipping for six. Five of them arrived. Apparently one was damaged during shipping. I've not seen the sixth one, but assume it's on the way. 5 Stars of it ever arrives...

  These bottles are absolutely perfect. The mouth is wide enough to pour my homemade smoothies without the need of a funnel. The tamper-evident lids are easy to secure. I highly recommend this product and will purchase again and again in the future!

  We placed an order and it was 2 cases short. We had already placed another order and thwy claimed they would ship what was left out of that order with the next order, they did not, in face the shorted the second order by 9 CASES! They also do not reapond to emails or phone calls! I do not reccomend ordering from this company!

  I received my shipment with only one bottle broken. Considering it has to go through UPS/FedEx...I am not complaining too much. The prices were good, shopping experience was easy and I will admit the credit towards shipping is what influence my purchase here. All in all, I will most likely come back. Shipping bottles at no extra charge is a big win for the pocketbook.

  I have been ordering from this company for awhile now and have not been disappointed and the timeframe of shipping is pretty fast. If there's a hiccup with something missing, communication is phenomenal and they get what was missing from the order out quickly. I use the spice jars for my glitter and will always order from here.
