  Awesome five gallon water bottle for my ceramic water dispenser. Much more aesthetically pleasing and elegant than having a plastic water bottle perched on top of it. Even the sound it makes when the water bubbles purge to the top has a nice ring to it opposed to the dank glug of the plastic bottle.

  I received my order very quickly. Some items were damaged in shipping, however that had to do with the carrier quite literally stepping on my package. Customer service was amazing and within 2 rings the phone was answered and after a quick conversation my replacements were on their way. It was amazing and I will be ordering agian.

  1/3 of the glass bottles I received had scratches and cracks. The company could only offer a refund as they could not guarantee that more bottles they sent to me would not have the same problem. The refund was appreciated but I think the quality control overall could be improved.

  My package came 3 days after expected delivery. When I finally received the package the box was in bad shape. I'm not sure if it was how it was packaged before or, if it was FedEx mishandling the box. My jar came in two separate bags inside the box. One bag was open however, all the jars were accounted for unlike my other package where I was missing 10 jars. Overall, the jars are nice quality. I would definitely order again in hopes that my package is delivered with care, the merchandise is intact, and I receive my correct order.

  I was mostly happy with the speed of shipment and the items that I received; however, 3 bottles arrived broken and have not yet been replaced more than a week later. There is definite room for improvement in the packaging of fragile shipments to avoid breakage.
