  Everything arrived as planned only some of the boxes were crushed. Shipped o a pallet and wrapped in plastic all of the corner boxes were smooshed. No broken bottles.but I reship my product in the original carton so some of them are barely usable. Great price and service but shipping lacks.

  I make a seasonal product as a hobbyist that calls for 75-100 bottles and caps. Every other plastics company I'd checked with required minimum orders that would break me, or the per piece prices were far beyond reasonable... I'll never look anywhere else now!   Poor customer service. It clearly States on my order that they were supposed to have been delivered on July 7th. they have yet to be delivered and it is now July 20th. when I sent an email inquiring I was informed that the items were on back order and would be shipped within 4 weeks. However my order status does not state that. my order status States that they were to be delivered via fedex on July 7th .

  I have ordered several times from POD however I never actually counted the items when they arrived as I mixed them with the last batch. This production run I needed all items and had no inventory. After production I determined that the order which I paid for, was 28 units short one one item. The company is sending me 28 units, however, I wonder how many items I have been shorted in the past and now have to count every unit for every item. Ugh

  The bottles are perfect...it’s just the packaging that was very sub-par. They came in a box with the separating cardboard to keep the bottles in place. And then it was loosely placed in a larger shipping box. The bottles came thankfully unbroken but completely thrown all over the inside of their box. They were barely secured into place and the cardboard was very weak and pliable. They were very poorly packaged.

  I gave it 3 stars, it’s my first time ordering from here, there was a few set backs due to a large order. I got the smaller items on time but the 29 cases of bottles is taking 11 business days to arrive, I contacted the company and was told yesterday that I would receive my shipment today, it’s now 3:25 pm and my shipment still hasn’t arrived. 3 stars for the awesome price, selections & customer service. I wish customer service would of step it up a bit to inform me or provide me with more information regarding my freight process and from there how long it would take to get to me instead of me constantly reaching out to them about it.

  It took 2 weeks to get the bottles I ordered and I still haven't received the caps to go with them; both were in stock on the website and I didn't find out that the caps were actually out of stock until I contacted them after 10 days wondering where the stuff was.

  My order was delivered in a timely manner. This was my first order from this company. I was in a hurry because of a packaging shortage due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, the item I ordered is not exactly the size I needed and our labels will not fit. Due to the current no return policy my company will have to absorb the loss. I should have requested a sample, but tried to take a short cut. This isn't the company's fault, just unfortunate.

  I needed some larger brown or dark glass bottles that were a gallon size. Packaging Options Direct was the only company who was able to tackle my request.   It took a little longer to get the bottles that I ordered; however, I was not charged a small order fee like the other sellers of this item would have had me pay. Very efficient and the bottles were in tact upon delivery so they were well packaged. I would certainly order from you all again.
