I use these to store glitter for my business. They are the perfect size and they work great. The holes are perfect for fine or chunky glitter. They do have "static" sometimes and some glitter will stick to the inside but I use them over and over for the same glitter so no big deal to me. Great price point! I have looked into order in bulk from China and these are honestly cheaper!

Make sure your order is 100% correct before finalizing and making payment. You will never speak to anyone from customer service. I made a mistake on my order. I attempted to contact customer service on two separate occasions, only connecting to a voicemail box each time. My second call I left a detailed message with my order number, phone number, name, date, as well as explaining the mistake that I made when ordering. My calls and message were never returned. 5 days later, my original order shows up. I don’t have the patience to return my order and ensure they will correct it. I plan to buy elsewhere next time.

"PackagingOptionsDirect.com" apparently does not do follow-up support. If you don't inform them of an issue within a few days after receiving product, any concerns that arise after using the product for a few weeks will be completely ignored. Also, it looks like the original 4-star review I posted was removed. It was there last month, I saw it. That seems very unethical to me since I just asked (by email) if could revise my review. This experience puts into question the integrity of "Verified Reviews", unless of course this review actually gets posted publicly. We'll see.

Hello Cindy, Thank you again for the quick resolution to the "shattered jar" issue. I am sorry to report at this late date that I just noticed something else (finally started filling the bottles). I really like these little round bottles with corks, but there is something not quite right about the corks. They don't stay put in the bottles. I push them in. A few minutes later they pop out. The corks are either too large (ie. too tight - so the pressure in the bottle can't escape) or they are not large enough to grip the bottle neck to properly contain the pressure. Please bear in mind, the "pressure" I am talking about is simply whatever air was forced from the neck into the bottle when the cork is pressed into place (same problem if bottle is empty or full). Anyway, I have now destroyed 2 corks while trying to come up with a workaround. What am I doing wrong? 'Geo

Vey poor service. I bought a five gallon glass wine holder. I expected the cork to go with it and it did not! I called several times and got nothing but dial the number of the extension. I did not know any ones name. They did call and leave me a message saying I could buy the cork with a discount on mailing. This will be the last time I do business with this group! If you purchase anything from them you better hope they package it correctly or you will be out of luck. PATHETIC

The glass bottles were packaged together without any protection, so many of bottles are scratched and unusable for screen-printing. I have to pay an extra fee to my screen-printer to sort out all the bottles that are too scratched to use. Will not be purchasing them again, despite the high quality of the glass and the promise of being made in the USA.

There were some initial issues with shipping method. The shipping department wanted to ship LTL and we do not have the capacity to receive LTL, no dock, small driveway, not always someone available. After a few back and forth emails product was delivered via FedEx ground and arrived in excellent condition.

I placed an order and was contacted by customer service regarding shipping questions. I answered and heard nothing back for over a week. Almost two weeks after placing my order, I had to reach out to inquire about the shipping status of my order, which had yet to ship. The order was finally shipped through a freight company that is terrible about updating/tracking order status and will not deliver on weekends. Due to the delays, I was forced to purchase a small order of the same product from another company and have it emergency shipped to my facility in order to maintain supply chain. Terrible experience.

I looked at a number of options before ordering a number of jars with lids from Packaging Options. Ordering was very easy and it really helps that POD shows you what lids work with the jars you are buying. I received 3 cases of hot sauce bottles. 2 had a shrink wrap plastic for the lid that was a different size then the 3rd case. I realize the you just use a hair blower but instructions on how to out the plastic on so it shrinks properly on the bottle.

Fed ex delivered 1st shipment to wrong address. They were quick to replace it. However, an item was on back order. After waiting a month, it was still back ordered. (I wanted the item more than refund). However, no idea when item avail. So chose something else and they were prompt to send it. I would use them again. Customer service was great, I had some antique honey jars that I was looking for lids for and they were very helpful with figuring out the sizes. The lids were perfect, unfortunately, they had said the lids would be here Tuesday 8/11 but they did not arrive until Thursday 8/13. I thought they would call me or email me to say they’d be late but I did not receive either. I had to call the company instead.
