  Before finding Packaing Options Direct, I had a horrific experience with another company. I ordered over $300 worth of packaging and I received it in a damaged box filled with damaged, scratched spray bottles I called the company and they replaced everything at no charge, along with the promise the next package would be delivered properly, with proper packaging and foam packing to protect the bottles from being scratched. I received the replacement and it arrived in the same terrible condition as the first package, if not worse. I ended up having to harass them in order to get a full refund. Then, I found Packaging Options Direct and they flew in and saved the day!! I placed an order, it arrived with secure packaging, both inside and out, and it arrived quickly. I placed a second order, and it arrived the same way. I am so glad o have found them! They are now my go-to company for my packaging needs!

  Lids have a funny way of disappearing. I was happy to find an option to buy replacement lids for our media bottles, and this was the only place I could buy fewer than 100 of them. Their shipping was very fast and I had the lids within days. The product was good, just as described.

  I placed an order and the next day realized I had made a mistake and the item would not meet my need (entirely my fault for not reading the description more carefully). When I called customer service, they immediately cancelled my order and did so with the kindest and most respectful treatment. I was totally embarrassed by my mistake and they were most forgiving. It may not seem like much, but customer service in many companies are not known for their empathy. Hope to do business in the future.

  The goods I ordered came in a timely manner and well packaged. No broken bottles or damage. The amber bottles ordered for use in making natural perfume are perfect as are the tops and droppers. I highly recommend ordering from this company. The price is right as well although shipping is pretty expensive. I realize this is not the company's fault as shipping cost have risen a great deal recently.

  Very disappointed in this company! I ordered jqrs, lids & tops at the same time! Only received 2 items fron the shipping. Upon reaching out to this companyI was told my lids were on back order until 10/25! Had I known this I would have gone to another vendor! This has caused me to push back products that were already scheduled for restock. I will NEVER use this vendor again. Poor communications. Still awaiting the rest of ny order.

  Hello, I do understand that mishaps may occur. However, when I made the initial purchase the item stated they were in stock. Had I known at that time they were not in stock and would not be shipped with the rest of the order I would not have placed the order as this has pushed back vital release dates for my business. I had not received any correspondence that the items were on back order until I reached out to your company days later after receiving partial shipment. A simple notification would have been accepted as to why I only received part of my order. However, thank you for your response to the matter.

  Placed order online and cc was charged. Received email acknowledgment of order and date to expect delivery. Did not receive an email acknowledging items shipped, so I phoned to inquire. Was told items were backordered and not expected for two months. Couldn't cancel order with representative on the phone, had to sign in online. Signed in, canceled order and money was refunded to credit card in a few days

  When I placed the order it all went through. The next day I received a email that the order had shipped. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the order was handled. Ended up only getting part of the order. I called and discovered that part of the order had been back ordered. I think that I should have been notified either when ordering or when the order was filled. All interactions with packaging has been outstanding. Will make them my go to.

  I ordered a case of 375 ml Clear Glass St. Louis Oval Liquor Bottle - 18.5 mm Bar Top Neck Finish and stoppers to use for some homemade gifts for Christmas. It was my first visit (and definitely not last) to this site. The website was easy to navigate and there were many sizes, colors, shapes and finishes of bottles, jars, jugs... you name it, to choose from. After completing my online transaction, the packagingoptionsdirect.com elves kicked it into gear because it arrived two days later. The delivery box was sturdy and neatly sealed. Once opened, there were the stoppers packaged inside of a see-through plastic bag, and the boxed case of 12 bottles. I opened the box and to my surprise, they were packed upside down, not that there’s anything wrong with that, it just surprised me. They were lined up like soldiers, with each one separated by sturdy cardboard stock. The attention to detail in the actual packaging was impressive with enough gentleness to protect, and enough structure to ensure their safe delivery. Each and every bottle was clean as can be and didn’t have any fingerprints or smudges. I’m so glad that I found Packaging Options Direct. It’s evident that they value their customers!   The bottles have not arrived broken. All bottles were beautiful and ready to use along with the corks they put inside one of the box with the bottles. I use to buy other bottles from dollar tree and half would come broken then they would charge me more yo deliver at home since delivery to the store most of the time for free was not an option. With the extra dollar for delivery fee I notice it would come out the same buying from this company. The bottles are stronger and nicer than the one I use to buy cheaper. Again the packaging was well done none of my bottles came broken I even ordered again for more.

  I voted average. Reason is, I ordered and received all 48 gallon jars I ordered. I'm not happy that I was not informed that the closure lids would be backordered 5 weeks. This renders the jars useless and I had to order the closures somewhere else. Maybe notify us if an item is not immediately available.

  The only reason I did not give the lowest stars is because the product works as intended. We had many issues with receiving or product. The shipping was an unnecessary headache. Our product was not delivered because of an error in the shipping label, then it was sent back to the shipper, the back to my area (shipped from St.Louis to Seattle), then lost. When I check online it says that the product was delivered, but it had not. I contacted packaging option direct and fedex and they both insisted I had received my package. So a trace claim was opened with fedex, while POD did nothing to help find or resolve the situation. When I contacted POD, they were not helpful in any way, and only insisted we had our package. We had to spend hours on the phone with fedex, being transferred back and forth because each person said another person had my package. I eventually traced the product personally and figured out my package had been delivered to a local fedex location. I had to go down to the fedex location and physically look for my package. We are a business so we ship and receive packages everyday and we have never had this many issue with an order. I may give them another try someday. If the next experience is better, I will adjust my review.

  I was most drawn by the price, but when the jars arrived, they didn't have lids. The listing does not specify that lids will need to be purchased separately. I was disappointed, and now will have to buy lids and pay another shipping fee, or find another use that doesn't involve sealing them. Not very pleased, but the jars look nice.

  The corks are great but the shrink wraps are not correct. I called to verify the direction of the measurements and the associate told me the wrong configuration. So I can’t use them and it would cost me to send them back. So I’m out money because they don’t know the measurements on their own products.
