  Delivery of small orders always seems to fall behind delivery of large orders. Small orders is what builds your company and results in later large orders. You might even expand your delivery options to include 'express or urgent' order delivery for an increased compensation for the special treatment.

  I have order bottles and corks from them about a month ago. I received the corks a reasonable amout of time but the bottles haven't even shipped yet. They can't tell me when they will be shipped either.

  This is the second time ordering from this company. The glass is very good quality. The second time there was a small delay while the product was out of stock but I totally understand right now as production is shut down everywhere but I got everything and it all worked out. The shipping was fairly quick even ordering it before Christmas.

  The orders section of the website is incredibly confusing to navigate. I receive my packages in pieces, and there’s no way to tell how much I haven’t received yet. I place orders and then 2 to 3 weeks later am told that they are now back ordered and I’m not receiving my items EVEN THOUGH they show shipped or with an expected arrival date. My order status is processing and shows shipped even though it’s never been shipped. My last package came broken, and I’m super frustrated with this company overall.

  Customer service has Always been premium here and I appreciate that more than anything. Products are as described. Only negative is stick seems to go quickly and with ongoing pandemic and less accessibility to keep up with demand makes keeping my stock up given I’m a small business and unable to order freight. Outside of that I get most of my supplies via packaging options.

  Ordered with expedited shipping for an event still haven’t arrived and the event has passed. Two weeks since order, very disappointed to have spent $16 for extra fast shipping now can’t even get a refund with no use for the bottles. Waste of money, find a local company or one that is better about shipping expedited as stated.

  Extremely disappointed. Bought an item that was in stock - only half of item arrived. Waited several days and still no second package, so I called in and was told it was actually out of stock (why wouldn’t you have called and told me?) and as soon as they received the following Monday would ship out so we would receive 2-3 days later. Those days arrived and still nothing - so I emailed in and was told they had just received the items THAT day and would ship out by “end of week”. I called in to see if they could ship out today, and they said no, there is nothing that could be done. I understand that delays happen in them receiving materials which are out of their control - but from a customer service perspective I felt like they could have been way more communicative and also expedited since my order ended up being weeks overdue.

  I liked everything except that I thought I ordered lids with two flip tops where one side was totally open and the other side was a shaker. What I received was two flip tops with two different sized shakers. I haven’t gone back to look at the website photos and description to see how I missed this and ordered the wrong thing.
