I never received my order. The tracking in my confirmation email says that the tracking number was non existent, when I contact the company they gave me a tracking number and informed me it was delivery a week ago. When I checked that second tracking number (that was given to me when I called to track down my order) it went to another address, states away. I live in OH the package went to MA. The two people I spoke with kept saying it was delivered. I kept having to remond them that my order could not be “delivered” if it went two another address I didn’t give them. Why is it so hard to get an order from this company? Why is there zero sense of urgency when you have my money but I don’t have my product? Why have a phone number for customer service, if what service you redo receive is lacking?

I ordered 4 glass jars and they were all packed next to each other with packing peanuts surrounding them. Great protection from the outside but they smashed into each other so I only received 3 glass jars covered in glass pieces and powder.

I was told an item was in stock and I proceeded to purchase the jars. I received the lids but never the jars. I checked my shipping information and was only seeing shipping for the lids therefore, I contacted customer service. It was then that I was advised the jars were on back order. I asked why did the site allow me to purchase and it stated they were in stock? If the jars were not available the site will not allow me to purchase. I was advised it was a delay with the manufacturer and again, the jars were on back order. This has caused a huge inconvenience as I’m now out of the funds that could have been used to buy jars from another company. I’d suggest if products are truly out of stock, don’t allow purchases. I was offered a chance to cancel my partial order and return the lids but again, that’s an inconvenience. I wish my first time ordering and my first review could have been better.

There were multiple issues with my order. First and foremost..All of my boxes were opened. Nothing sealed, taped, covered or protected. Secondly not only were they delivered on pallet (opened) , they were sat in the driveway, on the ground, in the rain. We have a porch. Wouldn't that have made more sense then sitting open boxes in the rain? I don't usually write reviews, im just very disappointed in the way my order was handled this time. (I have pictures)

It's unfortunate but it was not until I contacted them asking about my order that was supposed to have been delivered 2 days prior, it turns out the bottle caps I paid for were "out of stock" and they didn't expect to have any until "maybe" the end of Jan 2021. It's a good thing I was doing a test run, the last thing I need would be to have a delay on bottling because of this nonsense (10k/month), their loss, my gain.

I was told my the bottles I ordered were in stock and I only received the caps and then was informed it would be another 8 weeks at least for the bottles when I called. I was not emailed or notified beforehand that this was the case. I tried to ask the rep if there was something similar in stock I could change to but the website was down as well.

Products are of good quality and as advertised, however. I should have ordered several more than I needed since 6 of my 2oz jars were broken in shipping due to a laughable lack of packaging materials for glass. My 25 small jars were place into a single bubble bag and then placed in a box.

In the beginning I did not receive my complete order and when I informed the company, the first response I received was very unprofessional, but then Susan Stallins stepped in and helped to sort the issue out. Susan was extremely professional and assured me that I will receive the missing items, which I did. Unfortunately I did not receive the items according to the timeline that I needed, but then the shipping was international, so I cant fault Susan and her efforts there. I am very happy with the quality of the items and would definitely use Packaging Options Direct for my future needs

I spoke with Susan over a week ago as she reached out after hearing some of my concerns with some recent experiences I've had with POD. I responded the next day asking for her help looking into a couple orders I have placed and then asked her to cancel an order that has been on backorder because I couldn't get through to customer service when I called and the chat feature on the website hasn't been on. She never responded to me (its been 6 days) and then the items that I no longer wanted were shipped late last week - go figure. I hope that my shipping to return the items will be covered. I really appreciated getting the reach out so quickly last time and am disappointed that I asked for help and never heard back from anyone.
