  Was looking to overhaul my spice cabinet and found exactly what i was looking for here! The site made it very easy to find the matching lids to the jars I was purchasing. In stock notifications were also handy since the glassware I was looking for was initially out of stock, but I was able to order exactly what I needed as soon as I got the email alerting me they were back. Super fast shipping and everything was packaged safely so nothing was broken upon arrival. Very happy customer!

  This was my first time purchasing containers from Packaging Options Direct, and I ordered 60 cases of glass jars. They shipped in a timely manner (1 week) and I received my order the next day after they shipped by freight truck. They were all received as described. Exactly what I needed, and in perfect condition. I have no complaints and will definitely be using them to supply my jars in the future.

  I'm very happy with the multiple orders I've placed with Packaging Options Direct for my small skincare business. The products are very high quality and my customers have remarked that they find the packaging "luxurious," and I appreciate that it's possible to buy a small quantity at a time, quickly and online (thus making it easily accessible to small new shoestring-budget businesses like mine). I have only had one issue with an order over several months, and it was just that part of the order had been accidentally left out of the shipment; working with customer service to resolve that was quick and painless.   My orders are not huge. However, POD treats me with care and respect in all areas. No matter how large or small, items are packed expertly and arrive quickly and in good order. Customer service is excellent. Products meet expectations as well. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the prices are very good, too! I am a repeat customer since 2018 and plan to continue to be a customer as long as POD continues to have the qualities I have described. 98% of my glassware comes from POD. The only things I have had to purchase elsewhere are items that they do not carry. Otherwise, I would purchase ALL of my glassware from Packaging Options Direct!

These are excellent, thick, premium quality glass and come at a matching price. I could not afford them. However, I did find a maker in New Jersey called BottleStore that carries the “pour outs.” They are not of the premium quality. But, they were way more affordable and suited my needs and budget. Besides this one order, all of my glassware needs have been met by Packaging Options Direct with the best prices, quality, customer service and my total satisfaction.

  I don't think I'll be going with anyone else for bottles. Packaging options direct has extremely accurate drawings of their products which helps with label design prior to receiving them. Speaking of receiving the products, they were fast, items well protected, and have they a great offering of free shipping with orders over $150, amazing! I highly recommend packaging options direct.

  I ordered 100 plastic storage jars and matching lids. The items arrived well packaged in a sturdy box. They shipped them almost immediately upon ordering and I received my items in 24-48 hours. They offered a variety of options for lids that enabled me to get exactly what works perfect for me and their price per unit was better than the 8 other places I researched before choosing this business.   I was told I would be contacted during a specific time to receive the delivery. After waiting one hour past the window had to leave for a prior engagement. Was called at approximately 1.5 hours after window, but could not receive. Tried calling the driver to arrange, to no avail. Upon contacting customer service, was informed there was no record of this communication. Fortunately, was able to arrange the next day to meet a different driver off location. 2nd driver, very professional, helpful and cordial. Some boxes damaged in transit, but only lost one jar to breakage. Regardless would still order again as soon as the product is back in stock.

  My last order with this company was delivered to a different address than the order that proceeded it (2 months earlier) and when consulted about the error, the response was that it was not their fault. During the next to last order, the product for the this latest order was requested but the vender reported it was out of stock, and they alerted me when it became available. At this last order, the package was sent to a previous, 5 year old address, even though the preceeding order was correctly sent to my current address. To clear this up, I had to contact the people at the five year old address, confirm to their satisfaction that the package was for me, and then pay them additional shipping cost to have it sent forward to me. While the product eventually delivered is exactly what was ordered, the complications induced by the vendor’s error increased my costs substantially.
