  Affordable rates! The containers came in a box without any protective material to prevent anything from breaking during transit. However, nothing broke, thank God. Will purchase again. Next time please add some packing peanuts or bubble wrapper please.

  Package arrived severely damage for the second time. Uncertain to use jars that seemed to be bouncing too much for candle making.. Fed-Ex has a terrible service handling packages. I Look into purchasing these jars with different company to replace them. I will take a loss for this. Don’t want to risk it.

  Packaging Options Direct is a solid choice. On one hand, I paid more per unit than I would for the identical product from another supplier. But on the other hand, only POD allows me to buy as little as one unit at a time when I don't need a whole case!

  My first two orders came without any issues. 2oz glass bottles. Today, I received 3 boxes and inside the all 3 boxes, many glasses were damaged. Whoever packaged those boxes did not put enough padding to secure inside. IT'S GLASSES!!! HAVE A COMMON SENSE WHEN YOU PACK ITEMS! I am waiting for 5 more boxes and if comes damaged alot, I will not purchase from this company ever again.

  I had ordered one item to see the quality before making a large bulk order for my company, and the lids do not seal completely and the spray top did not work. The quality is not very good and I would not recommend unless you are not looking for good quality and want something cheap. I was hoping that just the item was defective and had asked the company to switch it out for the same item. They had said that it was not possible since there were not really any problems with their product and that the problem was the liquid that I had put in it. The liquid was a tea mixture and very thin, there should not have been an issue in spraying. All in all — from product to customer service, I was unfortunately very disappointed. Please save your money here and look elsewhere, I lost a little bit of money on that one defective item but ended up finding a better bottle with another company. Hope I can save you time and money.

  It's been a month. I haven't got my order. I've placed a previous order that was misdelivered and extremely beaten up. I filed a claim with FedEx, Packaging Options Direct haven't responded to any emails. Shipping carriers are not how I want to choose a bottle company, but between that and the lack of communication, I guess I have to move on. Shipping was free, but it's worth paying for competency.
