  I’m really like my package but I’m new doing these and if you chose one product they should recommend the product that complete the other not another one... I bought a 8oz bottle with a neck 24 410 and they recommended caps 28 410 like I said I’m new a these and I didn’t know so I took that one and I have these caps for nothing

  Overall a great place for small orders, shipped quick! My only complaint is the 2 oz white PET bottles I ordered are light (same weight as the 1 oz amber PET I purchased a year ago), and thin/flimsy on 1 side of the mold parting line. I'll still order again next year (but not this particular bottle)!

  Half of the 30 boxes came opened. Many of the boxes were ripped, dented badly and even ripped completely opened on one side. Some had dividers between the jars, some did not. Some jars were right side up exposing the tops even more to possible damage. One dozen jars came in two partially filled boxes. It's a miracle none of the jars were broken.

  The bottles arrived in good condition, but the cases not so much. at least 2 of the cases are entirely unusable and 3 or 4 others will need extra attention. Much of the damage could be attributed to the cases overhanging the pallet they were stacked on. But in spite of these issues, I am very happy with your service

  I have made multiple orders this year from this company. They have always been very quick in their shipment and very fair and their pricing. We only had one issue and it was the shipping company’s fault not theirs. And they were able to go over and beyond helping me out. They did 1000% more than they needed to! This is a company you can trust to take care of you when anything goes bad. But like I stated majority the time I’ve never had an issue with anything.

  The carboys arrived in great shape, are beautiful and look good sitting under the arc of the artesian well filling up with water. It would be convenient if a notice of the order being shipped and tracking number were sent without requesting them. They were quick to give that information when I did request it. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the service and the product.

  Great product. Glass is clear and clearly Italian in production. Well made and should last for years compared to plastic products, no leaching or staining.   The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is I wish orders would ship out quicker. They typically ship within 48 hours though. Have never had any reason to contact them about an order, no problems. Definitely on our go to list for supplies!

  Very helpful for my small business! Able to buy in smaller amounts at a time and are still competitive with all other companies on the price. Very good packaging because FedEx tries their best to break them!!! But come much cleaner from FedEx than the freight. Freight the boxes get dirty and more tend to break. FedEx they package with a lot of air bag protectors and are so much cleaner!!! A++++

  Same as last time. This is the second order that cost me 1300x more in shipping than it did in product and when asked about adding it to my precious order, there was no response. They did respond when I tried canceling my order. Just a bad experience that cost me more money than it should have, and although minimal, its principal. I will find another supplier.

  First off pick FedEx shipping the bottles are packaged with air fillers. FedEx literally dropped the boxes off (Ring) I thought all would be broken but all were good and boxes cleaner than freight shipping. I love the white caps. Bottles have a seam but the neck is thicker than others which is better for my salsa since it is thicker than most hot sauces. Got the black caps too. Shipped quickly too! Thanks!

  The products are what they say they are. Their service and website are horrible. Ending up costing me an extra $13 because information was unclear and communication was lacking. If you buy from them and don’t have to communicate to them, go for it. If you expect communication, expect delays and nonsense. Thank you.

  Other than having to spend a long time going through the glass containers on their website to get exactly what I needed, I'm completely satisfied with my order. The shipment came on time, and each lid was wrapped in separate packages again being scratched up. And the quality of the product was even better than I expected. I will definitely reorder from them again.

  We love packaging options direct but we placed an order on 4/10/21 and still haven’t received it. When I called multiple times to find out when it was getting shipped, they said there was no shipping information for me yet and they weren’t sure when it would go out. I went online to find out that the bottles I purchased said they were out of stock now, but it said they were available when I purchased them. I wish someone would’ve just told me that the bottles were out of stock instead of holding onto our money without any assurance the bottles would be shipped. We’re a small business and that hurts us. I have to call back for the 6th time Monday to see if the bottles are finally coming but I’m just going to cancel the order after all this instead. Someone should be alerting/updating me, not me having to call multiple times to get the same answer.
