  We are very pleased with the service received from packaging options direct and will be ordering all of our bottles and tips from them in the future. I was on back order from another company and supplies were very low when I found the website and ordered receiving the product the very same week. I only wish you supplied 20/410 colored dropper tip caps. We are having problems receiving them also.

  The packaging and shipping was pricey but excellent. They arrived in perfect condition. The jars themselves were very reasonably priced. I would've given a 5 star rating had the jars included the lids. It irked me to have to purchase them separately, so ... I didn't. FYI: Bell jar lids do not fit these jars.

  Our order was an international order shipped to Canada. The brokerage was totally mishandled, the initial freight was supposed to ship via FedEx but ended up with a ground freight company with no notification. The order sat at the border for two days with no update until we started calling for status. We still have not received our order! Totally feels like customer service is provided only when the customer demands it. We were really hoping that your company would be our long term supplier, now have to start looking again!

  I ordered 50 of the foam seals for my bottles and they were the wrong size so I went back to the website to order 50 of the size I needed and the website would not let me. it told me I had to order a case. I only want 50 in order to test them before I go all in and order thousand which I potentially would not need.

  Some of my jars are broken up they said there sending some out but now I won't have before baby shower .so now I had to purchase something different from a different company very dissatisfied

  I was pretty excited to find a company to purchase my lab bottles. We use the 16 oz. french glass bottles. I ordered them and wanted the black caps to match, but they were out. They had white ones, that said it would fit the bottles, but they do not fit. Now I need to reorder, hoping to find the correct black lids.

When an item is out of stock in the related products section, and a search is done by color or material instead of Neck Finish, the site will provide all items with that description. In packaging, the size of a component is the Neck Finish. All components (bottle and lid) need to have the same Neck Finish.   We purchased bottles & corks for olive oil bridal shower favors. The round 8.5 oz bottles were of excellent quality & the corks were a perfect fit. The items were reasonably priced… actually the the best I could find for an attractive 8 oz bottle and the order arrived much quicker than expected. This supplier comes highly recommended! It’s such a pleasure when your expectations are exceeded!
