  This was a fantastic product at a reasonable price. Shipping was right on schedule and the product arrived well packaged. The size of my 48 Millimeter pressure safety seals or a perfect fit so I would definitely recommend this product and this company to anyone looking for the products that they provide.

  The bottles arrived in perfect condition however there is no contact available for delivery information and the tracking is not accurate. This is a problem since I have to schedule staff to assist and I had staff here and no bottles then once I finally got the shipping company they helped me more... I will order from this company again however there should be customer service for questions and I don't want to spend thousands for someone to call me back 2 days later, if I receive a call at all. Please add a customer service!!

  I made 3 different orders of different items on that day and your customer service cancelled all of them without even contacting me first to try to solve any problem, so I called and the person said they was cancelled and she could not do any thing about it , over $500 total. I am a business and order a lot of glass jars at times, this was not a good experience .

  I actually had 3 items an I have only recieved one of them. So I did get one part of the 3 part package and had to wait till yesterday august 9th for the other 2 packages to get sent back to you and relabeled and I’m am still waiting on them

  Overall the product and delivery were great. I received my whole order and was pleased with the items delivered. I did notice their prices change often and they do not do price adjustments (the price change 4 days after I placed my order), so in the future I’ll be more careful with my purchase timing.

  Second order with Packaging Options direct, product was received as expected. Love the quality for sure! We experienced issues getting our shipment through customs again. It appears that once orders are shipped there is little to no follow up for orders that require customs clearances. We have twice needed to contact the freight couriers selected to assist getting our orders through the customs process due to lacking paperwork or insufficient brokerage information. I will say that the customer service staff has been great at providing the help that we need. It just typically costs two to three days extra to get the parcels cleared. Oh and do not be fooled by the FedEx freight promise...we have yet to have an order ship via FedEx. Not sure if this is because we are located in Canada, but it has just worked out that way for us. We will continue to order from these guys as the product is perfect. We will just need to add more lead time to cover the customs issues.

  No worries at all. As a business owner I know that customer feedback is key to improving customer service. We love your product and will continue to order. It appears the disconnect is between the freight company and which broker you guys select for the clearances. Past that it is pretty smooth. I will say that our most recent shipment was handled by ABF and they were way easier to work with than the freight supplier used on our first order.

  Everything was packaged extremely well and the shipment came quick! Very impressed. Everything was great. The only two items I was disappointed in - the spray tops I purchased clogged easily for what I wanted and I wish the small plastic containers (5ml) had dimensions listed as they were too small width wise for what I wanted. And their website could be more user friendly (ie. better search function, better suggested add ons, consistent size details, etc), but all in all isn't too bad. I did give a 5 star review as these were issues for what I wanted to use them for, they were great products.

  I ordered the 5 gallons carboy crystal....the order came fast but the bottle was broken in pieces when it arrived.Reach out to customer service and they sent me a replacement asap.satisfied with the way they resolved my problem fast! Will order again

  I love the selection and prices. Downfalls are product availability at times and if you place a bigger order the company they use to ship (YRC) is terrible. Overall I will always shop here first for my jars

  What an absolute nightmare. I was so excited when I found this website because they have some beautiful packaging options that I was interested in using for my skincare company. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment, and soon after became horror when I received my order. I had ordered samples of 5 different GLASS bottles, which came carelessly thrown into a bubblewrap pouch (NOT INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED OR PROTECTED AT ALL) and the pouch was stuffed into an envelope. Two of the bottles were damaged, leaving shattered glass all throughout the bag AND all of the bottles were scratched up beyond belief because of the shattered glass. I left a review on facebook and they apologized and offered to reship the items and asked me to give them another chance. Well, jokes on me because the bottles arrived the EXACT same way as the first time, carelessly thrown into a pouch, except the pouch was in a box this time. And they were still just as scratched up as the first time. I’m not even exaggerating, like no one would be able to confidently sell their products in these bottles they looked so bad. Which lead me to believe they were probably damaged BEFORE they were shipped out. Anyways I thanked them for the effort but obviously I told them I’d be investing my money somewhere else. I’d rather take a chance on alibaba!
