    The products are just as advertised, I’m very pleased with the quality of these jars and the covers! Everything was packaged nicely and secured, so far no broken jars! On that note if shipping could be on the time frame stated when the order is placed , this will be the perfect company ! Nevertheless I will be ordering again, this time I will place my order at least 2 weeks before I actually need them ! The prices are the best , very reasonable! I highly recommend! DLB

    The Customer Service received from Amanda Rosenbaum was excellent! She both called and emailed to inform me my jar order would be delivered much earlier than the original Feb 2022 date originally stated. I sincerely appreciated her reading my first review concerns and as a result finding my order could be filled. As of this morning, Oct 4, 15 of the 24 cases have arrived. I am very appreciative of Ms. Rosenbaum's efforts to locate my order and begin the process of getting them shipped to me. Thanks to her, our business, Providence Preserves LLC, can continue to make preserves!

    Overall a great experience, very helpful staff and quick fulfillment. One of the 4 shipment had some damages as bottle boxes were loaded upside down on crate so many fell off the bottom, but I think replacements are getting send.

    I ordered 10 cases of pint jars and lids from Walmart almost 2 months ago and still have not seen any jars. Packaging Options Direct got me 20 cases of jars and lids in a week. The jars and lid work perfect for all my canning needs. They were very well packed and all arrived in excellent condition. Keep up the great work guys!!

    Prices are pretty good, affordable for sure. Products were as described and made well. Good quality. Shipping was not good. Standard shipping took 2 weeks and they use FedEx who is the literal worst carrier. It got to Phoenix in 2 days and then sat there for 4 days prior to being delivered. Will make sure to order well in advance if they continue to use that awful shipping company.

    We got a delivery from one of our previous suppliers with an entire bag of droppers crushed in shipping and they had no stock to replace it. I found Packaging Options Direct online and they had the droppers and the bottles we needed in stock and shipped very quickly with much better packaging so that the droppers arrived safely. We've since ordered from them again and will continue to use them.

    Overall the team has been responsive. My issue is with when you place an order for an item that says "24 unit case" but you get 128 unit cases that are not usable. Plus we were charged for the 24 unit case not the bulk rate. The difference is 50 cents per unit! When I asked why, I was told it depends on what the warehouse has in stock... then the customer should be notified if the 24 unit cases are not available as order fulfillment on our side is impacted.

    It's not the easiest to navigate and I had a payment issue, but I love the options and free shipping is EXTREMELY important to my small business.     Everything is great!! Though I did receive one of the serum bottles broken 😏 they actually weren't packaged very well, there was no bubble wrap and such packed in the box with the serum bottles, I'm actually rather surprised more of them were not broken. Otherwise I definitely will order again I'm in Canada and the shipping time was amazing and the shipping cost was free! Which if you spend over a certain amount it is which I very much appreciated

    Jars worked for hot bathing, recycled glass a plus for environment imperfections in few jars but for the price still saved money. 29 cases-None broken during shipment Excellent customer service when shipment was late. They tracked down my jars. Will order again !

    Great quality glass and fast shipping. Goods were packaged well and prices are reasonable. They were out of the caps I needed, so the ones I had to get were pretty basic quality. I also wish they carried miron glass but that's OK. Other than that, I'd give them 5 stars. Definitely earned more business from me!

    If you are ordering glass bottles from this company and they are being delivered by FedX, expect poor packaging and some broken glass on arrival. My third time ordering french square glass bottles and every time there are broken bottles because of the poor packaging methods their employees are using. Otherwise, this company is good so far.

    I ordered some 5 cases of jars and I received one damaged! Then I reached out to the company and within 5minutes they were able to resolve my problem. Their customer service is like no other other quick and fast and super nice! Their shipping is also pretty fat I ordered on a Friday and received my order on Wednesday! This will surely be my go-to company and their products are GREAT and durable.

    Products are what was expected. Value and price was good. Where is fell short was shipping. It took a long time to receive and then when we finally did it was 11 small boxes on a palette that had to be cared for special. The shipping was way overcomplicated. You could've easily put those small boxes into 2 larger boxes and shipped them. That's what our last supplier did. We switched because of price but shipping time made it not really worth the supplier switch. If you could get the shipping process quickened and made more efficient — then you'd be our go-to supplier.

    The package was lost by Fedex... NOT your company fault, except we asked for help tracking and submitting a claim and the agent (chat) advised it was up to us. That wasnt helpful. Sometimes packages get lost... but our customers arent held accountable or responsible to solve those matters - and we didnt expect you guys would have advised it was up to us to locate the order we placed.
