  2 dozen bottles are not compatible with the black plastic closure or cover. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after bottles were filled with hot sauce. I am not sure why this should happen..

  I moved my business from another supplier recently and I'm very happy with everything I've received so far. The products are well packed and arrived quickly (my former supplier had some items on 6 month back orders). I'm happy to have bottles to pack for the holiday shipping season - it would have been a terrible selling period if I hadn't switched suppliers.

  The customer service at Packaging Options Direct is excellent. I received an incorrect item and I contacted customer service.   I really enjoy this company. As a rising self-taught perfumer, I can confidently say that Packaging Options direct will have most if not all of what I'll need to store my materials. They have a wide selection and shipping is standard. You won't always find the exact caps you need, but I can guarantee they will have something to fit. The prices are incredible, especially if you are working independently and only need 100 or less bottles at a time. I'd recommend.

  If I could give this company 10 stars I would my first package was received. I ordered 18 jars 64 oz jars, two of the 64 ounce glass jars were broken upon arrival.The process of replacement was very easy I emailed customer service and within two days I received a response stating that my jars will be replaced immediately not only did I receive the two jars but the company sent a box of six so I now have four extra jars I think it is great that customer service made the process of replacement so easy I will definitely do business with this company again

  The Flairosol spray heads were as expected and are at an excellent price, however the 10oz bottles were not as expected. The 6 oz bottles that I also purchased, are made of thicker plastic & were of better quality, in my opinion,and I wanted wanted to return the 10oz in favor of getting more of the 6 oz. I contacted the company & we worked out a solution that was to my satisfaction. . My suggestion is to always order a sample.before committing to a larger purchase of items to be sure that you are satisfied with your items. The customer service department at Packaging Options Direct is responsive and helpful. Their pricing is also very competitive.

  My first experience with Packaging Options Direct has been nothing but amazing!!! Easy to order and wonderful Customer Service. They are now my go-to supplier for jars and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the products, the careful packaging where not one item was broken or damaged, and the prompt efficient customer service response from Amanda who went above and beyond to inform me of an out of stock item and replace with another item option. Cant say enough about this company and look so forward to purchasing from them in the near future. Ten stars would be more appropriate!! ❤️

  The bottles were dirty. Stated that the bottles would have to be washed. Nowhere does this state this in the product description. I called and complained. First I was hung up on, the second call the person laughed at me, the third time I spoke to a person who stated she would get back with me. Never happened. But I did receive an email that stated I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee and freight to return the dirty bottles. Poor customer service. I have been buying bottles for 7 years and have never seen anything like it. Their excuse "they got dirty in the warehouse" --the bottles are in sealed boxes??

  Your manager reached out to me after I wrote this review. I spoke to her prior to writing this review and she stated she would get to me which she never did. Though I did receive a notification from you all that stated I would have to pay a restocking fee along with the shipping on your dirty 30 cases of woozy bottles.I have been bottles for 7 years and never received dirty bottles.

  I almost don’t want to write this review because I feel like packaging options direct is my best kept secret. I’m a small beverage producer and I can’t buy literal truckloads of bottles - but I order all of my bottles from them because the delivery always shows up with hardly any problems ever. Also.   I appreciate that I can get SAMPLES. My natural bug repellent business is evolving. I need to actually try the products in small batches with various packaging to make marketing decisions. AND THEN I can actually locate the origin of manufacture so I can choose items MADE IN AMERICA which is part of my small business' mission statement.   Where have you been my whole life? I was in a crunch and looking for a supplier that could ship within 2 days. I tool a risk and ordered from here.   Packaging Option Direct is a fabulous company to do business with. Their turnaround time is excellent and shipping times are better then they quote.   Order is missing bottles in some of the boxes. Bottles arrived dirty and order was received incomplete. We have been calling and emailing for 3 days and have not been able to reach anyone about our missing items. We now have bottles that was can’t use because they did not ship with their caps… we’ve used multiple bottle distributors but this experience has been the worst so far :(

  I called in and spoke with customer service as to the sizing and dimensions of these jars and although I spoke with somebody they were unable to provide an answer they were requesting information from the manufacture but to date yet to hear back. I also emailed in on your customer service contact request and still have yet to hear back now I have a lot of glass jars that are not the right size I will end up having to cut over 400 labels because Of a complete lack of response this is my first order and will be my last
