I really enjoy this company. As a rising self-taught perfumer, I can confidently say that Packaging Options direct will have most if not all of what I'll need to store my materials. They have a wide selection and shipping is standard. You won't always find the exact caps you need, but I can guarantee they will have something to fit. The prices are incredible, especially if you are working independently and only need 100 or less bottles at a time. I'd recommend.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would my first package was received. I ordered 18 jars 64 oz jars, two of the 64 ounce glass jars were broken upon arrival.The process of replacement was very easy I emailed customer service and within two days I received a response stating that my jars will be replaced immediately not only did I receive the two jars but the company sent a box of six so I now have four extra jars I think it is great that customer service made the process of replacement so easy I will definitely do business with this company again

The Flairosol spray heads were as expected and are at an excellent price, however the 10oz bottles were not as expected. The 6 oz bottles that I also purchased, are made of thicker plastic & were of better quality, in my opinion,and I wanted wanted to return the 10oz in favor of getting more of the 6 oz. I contacted the company & we worked out a solution that was to my satisfaction. . My suggestion is to always order a sample.before committing to a larger purchase of items to be sure that you are satisfied with your items. The customer service department at Packaging Options Direct is responsive and helpful. Their pricing is also very competitive.

The bottles were dirty. Stated that the bottles would have to be washed. Nowhere does this state this in the product description. I called and complained. First I was hung up on, the second call the person laughed at me, the third time I spoke to a person who stated she would get back with me. Never happened. But I did receive an email that stated I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee and freight to return the dirty bottles. Poor customer service. I have been buying bottles for 7 years and have never seen anything like it. Their excuse "they got dirty in the warehouse" --the bottles are in sealed boxes??

Though I did receive a notification from you all that stated I would have to pay a restocking fee along with the shipping on your dirty 30 cases of woozy bottles.I have been bottles for 7 years and never received dirty bottles.

Order is missing bottles in some of the boxes. Bottles arrived dirty and order was received incomplete. We have been calling and emailing for 3 days and have not been able to reach anyone about our missing items. I called in and spoke with customer service as to the sizing and dimensions of these jars and although I spoke with somebody they were unable to provide an answer they were requesting information from the manufacture but to date yet to hear back. I also emailed in on your customer service contact request and still have yet to hear back now I have a lot of glass jars that are not the right size I will end up having to cut over 400 labels because Of a complete lack of response this is my first order and will be my last

The order was late, tracking couldn't find the order and when I received it, the box looked like it have been smashed and 10 bottles were broken. I was very unhappy!
