  We love your spray containers! We're now in Beta Test mode to see if customers like the product as well. So far so good. Keeping this gem to ourselves and for the life of me I don't know how we found your company! Maybe the company found us....all we know is that we're loving the ultra fine mist! Attaching the spray top was a little challenging, but we secured it without spillage. Thank you so much!

  My original orders for this product all had bladder in the bottle. The newer ones don't and don't have that sustained spray without pumping several times. I won't need anymore because of that.

  The site was easy to navigate and had very competitive pricings with other manufacturers. However, I received a poorly packaged mess of bottles. I ordered 48 bottles and they were all closely compressed together without anything protecting them from hitting each other. Three bottles shattered during shipping and almost half of the bottles are unusable due to chips and scratches. There is literally glass shards everywhere in the package. I'm not even sure I can use the bottle with the risk of having glass within the bottles. Would definitely not be making a purchase until packaging for shipment improves.

  This was my first time ordering from Packaging option direct and I expected that it would be easier. I was looking for 64oz wide mouth mason jars but ended up with these jars instead. I also thought I was getting lids with these jars but no lids so I had to navigate the web sight and try to find lids to fit the jars that I ordered. It would have been nice if the description of the jars would have mentioned lid options.

  My only complaints would be that my clear bottles were dirty so that’ll take time for me to clean them all. Also, the corks listed for the square Amber bottle are way too big so that was a waste of money. However, This would not deter me from ordering again.

While we should have notified you before shipping the two lids our customer team reached to you and have shipped 2 replacement lid options that will work for your package.
