We have been using TFX for the past 10 years. TFX made our filing experience so much easier and faster. They are helpful throughout the process, answering any questions and reminding their clients of any upcoming deadlines. Once we provide/upload all the information, an officer is assigned to us to revise the filled-out Questionnaire, prepare our taxes and file on our behalf once we have approved the prepared tax report. The officers have all been professional, resourceful and courteous. We highly recommend TFX for the preparation and filing of your taxes!

I have been a TFX client for 10 years and highly recommend their tax service for expats. They helped me become tax compliant with the IRS through the Streamlined Program back in 2014 and I have continued with them since. Like most people, filing expat taxes is a complicated process that I would not even pretend to understand so having an organization like TFX to do it is a huge benefit to me. I have witnessed the continuous improvement to their website and the tax questionnaire you fill out to provide them the necessary information to complete your return. The questionnaire has gotten better and easier to use every year. The website is easy to understand and navigate and communication via email is always answered promptly. Tax season used to be very stressful, now it is a breeze, I give TFX the info through the tax questionnaire and within a few days my completed tax return is prepared for my review. Their followup to document confirmation of my acceptance of the return as they hav prepared it and e-filed it for me is also very prompt.

When I first moved to Spain I had a difficult time adjusting to my new tax status. I vetted a few accountants that specialize in my unique situation as an expat and I found TFX to be one of the best in terms of using their online services, customer support, finding clarity and value. Taxes For Expats makes the burden of US expat tax filing manageable. Their system is super easy to use, their communication is great, and if you come back year after year, your information is saved and imported into the next year's questionnaire, which makes it really easy to fill out. They save me so much time and energy every year. Recommended for anyone who, like me, has a slightly more complicated tax return than just income from a "normal" job.

As a US citizen living overseas, tax prep has always been daunting. But since I've been using TFX for the past several years, it's been a relief and I'm quite satisfied with their service. Each year I can simply update the previous year's form, so it's usually quite simple. I've had good luck so far with my preparers, who have been reactive and helpful. Filing with TFX is made as simple as possible and it really helps that information from the previous year is saved so I don't have to start completely over each year, I just need to update anything that may have changed. The staff are very helpful and get back to me straight away when I have any questions or concerns. They make filing taxes from abroad as easy as it can be.

I would be at a loss if I didn't use TFX. They helped me for the past few years and it has really taken the stress out of filing. I have been using TFX for many years now and it takes a lot of stress out of the process. While I initially struggled with having to pay fees as I had previously been completing my taxes myself, it has been very worth it. My expats were prepared quickly and professionally. The preparer did all the needed work and only what was needed. The online self-preparation application is very easy to use and easy to understand. I've been a loyal customer of TFX since I moved to Ireland from the U.S eight years ago. TFX has always been fast, reliable and, most important, successful with filing my income tax return with the American IRS. Never had an issue with the IRS while working with TFX. In fact, the last couple of years TFX managed to even get me a small federal refund! I could probably figure out how to file my own return but TFX makes the process so easy and reliable, I would rather not take any chances with filing on my own. So I will continue filing in the future with TFX.

My US taxes don't stress me out anymore because I know TFX will take care of everything. Their customer service is outstanding -- prompt, respectful and helpful. I actually had the taxes TFX prepared for me reviewed by an unrelated financial planner specialising in tax optimisation and financial planning for American expats in my host country, and she couldn't find any errors or opportunities for improvement in the actual tax return they prepared. So I'm happily engaging them again for a second year.

I have used this service for several years now. I am not some wealthy expat, just an ordinary American married to a Brit who has the burden of filing my taxes and FBAR every year. I've found it pretty easy with TFX. The service is simple and very automated. Also, when I have had questions they have responded quickly and efficiently. I looked to TFX when I realised that Turbo Tax was not sufficiently suited to deal with international tax payers. TFX is the best value for money that I've found for US expats in the UK. The tax preparation was quick, the preparer was knowledgeable, and willing to look into certain items for me. I feel that all of my questions were answered and that I achieved the best possible outcome for my return. I would highly recommend for US expats in the UK with relatively simple income streams.
