  This was the 2nd year I've used Taxes for Expats. And I am just as confident in the service as the first time around. I got the same tax preparer this year, and I was really happy about that. You are dealing with a real person, the response time is excellent, and overall it's a really great service. I have no hesitation recommending this service to anyone. I also availed of an early bird pre- payment on fees and received an extra $50 in my account against costs.

  A blessing!!! For someone like me, whose son (disabled) born in US, has no clue about US taxes, there is no other way to settle tax returns, especially retrospectively, as was our case. I have tried to contact IRS unsuccessfully, my understanding of American accent being weak. I have tried another service provider, totally unprofessional. The service you provide is effective, professional and personal; although a private entrerprise it provides a "public" service against fees which is normal. Thanks a lot!!!

  TFX has filed my taxes from abroad for the last three years. I did not do my US taxes for years living abroad. I was misinformed about my US taxes and had only filed taxes in Switzerland. The streamline process was a perfect solution for my US taxes. The online questionnaire platform is very easy to use and it is very easy to upload all your documents. The communication has been excellent with each tax consultant that I have worked with. David

  I think taxesforexpats is a really good service. It might be a bit pricey but its only because they are extremely quick, helpful, and just make the whole tax process bearable. Definitely recommend!

  An excellent service, that I definitely recommend. Much of what they do is routine and digitally automated via their website which I am sure is the reason they can keep their prices reasonable. I like that it gives me a reference to previously submitted backlog of tax information, making it easier to file taxes the following year. A service that I would enjoy is if they could take my already prepared and finalized danish tax returns and convert the few important fields to fit into the US tax form. I have given 4/5 stars, but I consider it 95/100 really and if they had this last feature, they would definitely get the last 5 points. In any case, i recommend them highly.

  TFX came recommended by a friend and we've used them every year since. They have an extremely well honed path to creating your tax return. The website steers your through all the data required and the tax professionals work on your return. We've always had helpful courteous interactions with staff and have been pleased with our returns and the whole process. For the first few years abroad, I spent weeks working on my US tax returns. With TFX, I probably spend a day in total. That's gathering data from my employer, broker, etc, completing the online forms and reviewing the returns. It's a huge time saver and money well spent.

  The tax professionals at Taxes for Expats are extremely careful and pay close attention to individual needs. My wife and I have been using them for 4 years and have been very satisfied.   Outstanding technical understanding of tax law and accounting. But even better, if that is possible, is their customer service. They stay with you matter how many questions you have.   I have used taxesforexpats for my last two US tax returns. Both times they have been super quick and efficient and very responsive to my questions. Their fees are very competitive and it also helps for UK residents such as myself that there is not the 20% VAT that UK based accountants have to add to their bills.

  I am absolutely impressed with Taxes For Expats. This is the second straight year that I've used Taxes For Expats to do my taxes. The customer service that I received is second to none. The CPA that was assigned my file did a fantastic job with my taxes. The timeliness and efficiency that my taxes we filed in was awesome. The user friendliness of their website is really great. Being that this was my second year using Taxes For Expats, all of my information was saved from the previous year so uploading my information/data for year 2 was so easy. I have nothing but good things to say about Taxes For Expats. I will continue to use Taxes For Expats in the years to come.   I do not make much money and so I always tried to file on my own, but I wish I had known about TFX when I first moved out of the USA! Filing with them has been well worth every penny! I would recommend TFX to anyone who has to file US taxes while living in a foreign country.
