Review collected by a third partyI have just completed a chat with Dom at GOV concerning my KTN renewal. We must've been chatting for 45 minutes because of my tech ignorance. He was exceptionally gracious and patient and I really coudn't have wished for better service. He tried to guide me through gettind a screenshot to him. Eventually I gave him details of my revewal receipt and my KTN number and he found that it was renewed. I had not received notice of that. Excellent site. and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Review collected by a third partyGov plus really did great service for me. It was the customer service that sold me for them, on them. When I was having difficulties with my account, the live chat immediately connected me to somebody. I didn't have to wait less than 5 minutes. I thought it would have taken me them longer to get back to me, but it didn't. So I definitely recommend gov plus to anybody that's trying to get passports or TSA pre check or anything like that. Ease of access and then also just the customer service piece, as if you do run into anything, they're there to help you out. So yeah, God bless.

First time getting one and I'm missing some important information on my application and I sent the link in and I got Dominique. Dominique helped me out so much he was willing to go up and beyond to help me out but I declined the help because I have appointment today at 130 with the clerk. So I'm going to just go ahead and fill out the missing information. But Dominique was willing to help me out and give me a printed out form from him to send at Staples. I'm at Staples right now but he said 24 hours and like I said, I have appointment today at 130. Want to say, Dominique, thank you so much. I appreciate you. I want to say that if it was more people in the world like you, the world will be great. Thank you and have a blessed day and thank you guys for helping me out. I really appreciate it. God bless.
