  I ordered the wrong product. No one would return my call. I've emailed back and forth. Supposed to receive a call tag. Never did. Then was told they couldn't send a call tag. They did send me a credit. Told me I had to return the product, then I didn't have to. So I ordered some envelopes to use the credit. Accounting would have to apply. They didn't. It's ok. There are other companies. I've been a customer for years. But I've made my last order.

We did issue a credit for that order. Since the credit was not applied to the new order, I will issue a check for that amount. We would love another try and helping you in the future.

  We had been using ezchecks as our check vendor for a little over a year, and normally ordering was super easy and effective. Pricing is great for the quality and being able to buy smaller quantities is a bonus, so I'm giving them a 3 for the reason that the first orders went well. BUT exercise caution while typing in data for the checks on their website; it's easy to reset the fields without realizing. And now we get to the unfortunate part; the last several orders we made were unsuccessful and frustrating. We had one order print wrong because of the website, another that came with missing information, and another order that never shipped - They offered to cover shipping for the latter order, but when it arrived, there was a misprint. Instead of offering to re-print and re-ship, they informed me that I would have to place another order to fix it. Without being able to confirm that it would print correctly beforehand...which meant I could've wasted closer to $300 on checks we cannot use. Maybe it was a system error, but there was not a lot of resolution and it's not easy to get ahold of customer service. We have since found another vendor.

  Having purchased from this seller previously, and had good experiences, I was disappointed this last time I had to go to a pickup location to pick up my order. All others had been delivered to my address. This was not convenient for me and was not indicated at the time of online ordering.

  I placed my order through your website for exactly what I wanted. Then I received an email trying to upsell me asking if I wanted regular or self sealing. I had already chosen regular sealing envelopes. I didn't notice this ridiculous email, and then when my head of accounting came to me asking where the envelopes that I ordered over a month ago are... I saw it. My order didn't ship because you wanted to upsell me on my glue choice. Absolutely insane. THEN once I contacted that person and asked why they haven't shipped, told them just to go with regular seal... they proceeded to tell me I had to pay AGAIN because you only hold payment for 30 days. I've never experienced a company doing business in this way. I don't know how you have any repeat customers after dealing with this. Maybe because these stupid envelopes are impossible to find elsewhere... And i'll probably be forced to deal with this again in a few months.

Our website does not allow the customer to decide if they want a standard seal or self-seal option for a custom envelope, so we must reach out to confirm what is wanted. I am sorry, this was not meant as an upsell, more of making sure you received what you wanted. Our credit card system does delete charges after 30 days for security purposes. Sorry again.
