  Hello. Thank you for your comment and order. Our self-seal envelopes are different then our competitors as ours do not require a removable strip of paper. All you need to do to seal our self-seal envelopes is to press the flap down on the envelope and it will adhere. If there is any other issue, please give us a call.   Great service - blank check stock came really quickly. This stock works better wit MICR printer - other stock that we have ordered does not allow toner to set well. These print out really crisp with good contrast.

  Overall, I was happy with our order and the items we received. I am NOT happy with customer service. I requested to see a sample of the Burgundy checks. Burgundy is the color of our logo. We are a construction company and the color on the screen looks pink. My boss wanted to see an actual check. I requested one over a month ago and has yet to receive it or have any contact at all from anyone. We were forced to order our checks in blue.   Excellent service! Let's start with my CSR David M., he kept my information of file for 5 months before I ever ordered anything! I was looking for a particular self-seal, #9, single window envelope with printed logo and return address. I couldn't find it anywhere. David worked with me, asked for dimensions for the window and placement of the window on the envelope and eureka ezchecks had the envelope!

  Very good quality checks! Looks high end. The only thing is that the frame of the check area looks a bit thin, with certain software the routing numbers printed on the edge of the checks. However when the software printed properly the routing numbers are outside of the edge and it looks just fine. Overall high quality beautiful checks!

  Service was very helpful when placing the order. The only thing not discussed was the position of the the top of the window. It seems the old envelopes we used had a smaller opening, and the envelopes we received (which matched my dimension requirements from left side and bottom) had a too large window opening. I did not measure the size of the opening. This results in secure information showing in the window. I can prevent it by folding my checks off the score line but it is too bad that it wasn't considered. I print my checks from Quickbooks and can't believe it is so hard to find window envelopes that suit . also the self adhesive is not what I expected, but that was due to my own rush ing and not asking questions, not your service department. I have had envelopes in the past that had the strip that is peeled away, not just the pressure sensitive adhesive. You price was much lower and that should have been and indication that they would be a different style. My takeaway is not to wait til the last minute to order and ask for samples before ordering again. I appreciate the speed in which the envelopes were shipped and we will use them . Thanks Nanette
