  Mistakes happen. So my dumpster was placed in the wrong position. This meant that an easy job would become ten times harder for us. The company responded timely and relocated the dumpster. I do not consider this self evident, hence my rating. Phone lines need a little improvement, the menus are not very clear, who does what. But all good, Thank you and I will recommend.

  My experience with affordable dumpsters started off rocky. It was scheduled to be delivered around 2 days after placing my order but never arrived. We called and they stated that their system showed it had been delivered (unless it was invisible, it had not). After working to make it right, we eventually got the dumpster and the process was so easy. They extended the amount of time we could have it due to all the delays which I greatly appreciated. Would use them again.

  The base pricing for Affordable Dumpster was very competitive. The dumpster was delivered and picked up promptly. However, I was surprised to find out a week later that we had exceeded the weight limit of 1500 lbs very considerably, and were charged almost $200 extra for an additional 2000lbs. It was only a 15 yard dumpster and we only filled it with paneling, ceiling tiles, and some drywall, so I can't understand how we could have more than doubled the weight limit. I don't suppose it is company's fault, but it something to be aware of. You might end up paying more in the end due to the weight limits.

  I choose a 4 because you gave a time in the morning. I called back and was told they were coming and if they were not there by 2 to call. I did and they said the truck was there and was stuck in the mud on our lot?? I let the person know that there was no truck at our location and he had to put inside a fence. So we didn't get the dumpster delivered on that Friday. They made the delivery on Saturday morning but forgot to call me like I asked them to so I can meet them at the church to let them in the gate. I got a call from your office that the driver was sitting outside the gate waiting to get in. I had ask to let me know when the driver was 30 minutes away so I can meet them a the church to open the gate. Then on Monday I called to have pickup and they said it will be 1 to 3 days to get it. Soon Friday I called and was told they would be there by 11. I called after 1 pm and was told they that they can't make it and asked to pick it on Saturday? I told them that we have church on Saturday a the lot will be in use until after 5 pm. So they asked about Sunday and I told them we rent out the church to other churches on Sunday and the time for pickup was very small. Before 9 am or between 2 and 3 pm. Then we said we would try for Monday or Tuesday. I asked to let me know so I could have someone there to open the gate for them because I was going to be out of town. Again no call to make arrangements for pickup until Monday afternoon at 1 asking to meet at the church to pickup the container. Again I told them that no one has got back to on the day and time that you were coming so arrangements were made to be there. So we set it for Tuesday and I told the person I can meet them them but I have a appointment at 5. They said they would be there at 2 pm but didn't get there until 330.

There was a sligjt delay with pick up, but i was informed ahead of time it might take up to 72 hours for pickup after pickup request was scheduled. I would absolutely use the service again.

  It was a pleasure dealing with your company! The phone was always answered when you called. Which nowadays seems to be a problem with a lot of companies to deal with. The dumpsters were switched out fast and our final pick up was picked up early, which was a blessing because we had it on a gravel driveway and I didn’t want to sink.   Pickups/Drop-offs are done in an efficient and timely manner. Also, even though by contract, nothing can extend above Rolloff rim. If the load is slightly above rim, The driver will almost always take a few minutes to adjust the load to maintain a safe transport to landfill. And limit the need to charge us additional fees. That care and understanding from your side keeps me diligent to prepare our Rolloff to closely conform to your needs for a safe transport.

  I ordered the dumpster; it was a fair price. They put it at the house at the desired time, and spot. The movers filled it up and some of the couches were over their mark, but they picked it up anyways with no problems. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

  The whole experience was fantastic. They were spot on with the assistance I needed. Even when they didn't have the size I needed, they accommodated me with one of a different size at the same rate. Even when it was time for pick up, they explained that even if they are late picking it up, I would not be charged. After everything was done, I got a bill receipt that explained the extra charge for the extra weight. I truly wish that every company or there had the work ethics of the team that helped me. Moving forward, anyone I know that is in the business of remodeling, cleaning, etc., I will definitely make sure they use your services and no one else.

  The entire process was effortless and courteous. Everything was completed promptly and professionally, yet in a friendly manner. Only thing that was slightly off, was I got an automated email saying that the dumpster needed to be picked up, when it had already been. Called to clarify and they confirmed it was taken care of and to disregard the sited email. However, considering it was a fault of too much communication, instead of not enough, I will happily take that. All in all, I will recommend this service and utilize it moving forward. Thank you for making it wonderful experience!!!

  We didn’t use the site to much because we preferred to speak with a person. We were able to speak directly with someone and they helped out right away. Once we got a quote we were able to understand better in what we needed. The documents were easy to sign and clear to understand. The dumpster arrived on the day we asked and was picked up the same way. Great experience all ways around. If I need another dumpster I will return to you.

  The customer service rep, the cost, the drop off and pick up were excellent. ADR saved me about $400 in cost, as well as everyone from the phone rep to the contracted delivery drivers were just easy and pleasant to deal with. I’ll be using ADR again in March.   Great in almost every aspect. Just one issue which I didn't research enough. So, I was totally surprised when I I saw the bill. Several hundred dollars more than the initial dumpster quoted price!! The customer that I suggested use this service was also shocked & not too happy with me. I loaded the dumpster evenly & only had less than the container. I thought the container could be filled to just under the top edge!? Had I been advised that the price was based on weight, I would have advised the customer.of the potential of costing more than the rental price. Even so, without a commercial scales how could I know the weight?! Other than that, everyone at the company was the best in every aspect of renting this container. TY. JKelly

  I was happy with service overall. Vert easy to communicate with. You need to let them know when you want the dumpster removed (they're clear on that) and there should be no problems.

  If you are in need of a dumpster service do yourself a favor and call Affordable Dumpsters. Great people to deal with and they are very prompt on their delivery and their pickup. And we found them to be true to their name and we're the most affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed a dumpster in fact I already have.

  My wife and I are BIG fans of Affordable Dumpster Rental. We have used their service multiple times this year to clear household items for two houses. The dumpsters arrived on time and were removed promptly. Their phone staff are professional, courteous and—frankly—awesome in supporting their customers. We strongly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and fair, but the service is what makes them our go-to partner! If you have some spring cleaning to do, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

  I scheduled the dumpster over the phone to make sure I was getting the right size. The scheduler was very helpful and an extra day was able to be added to give me more time. The delivery and pick up were both on time with no hiccups. Definitely would say I am extremely pleased and would use them again.

  When calling the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The lady knew all the answers, from different sizes, cost, how long rent, etc. If we need to use a rent a dumpster again we will call Affordable Dumpster.

  I requested a quote online and they called me right away to give me a quote and walk me through the process. They gave me two days for the price of one and delivered on time. I called twice, once to say I was ready for pick up and the other with a question. Both times they picked up right away with assistance. I would highly recommend this company if you need a dumpster. They were great.
