Verified reviewOrder Number 553185: Received order 3/4/2021 and was not satisfied with the envelopes. Contacted ez checks as to returning for full refund. Received response on 3/5/2021 with address to return the envelopes and told once ez checks receives them I will be issued the refund. I returned the product on 3/5/2021 and the proof of delivery states it arrived on 3/9/2021. As of this date (3/23/2021) I have not been issued the refund. I emailed ez checks as to the refund status on 3/18/2021, but have not received any response.
