We inspected the walnut Duna chairs, mahogany stool seats, and dark-walnut armchair details while unloading. Everything had been protected well, and we did not begin the project by filing claims for scratched furniture. The bases were also grouped clearly enough to separate the two sizes. For a mixed order this large, good packing saved us a lot of time.

Residential-style chairs may look nice, but they often feel too light once customers start moving them all day. These have a proper commercial feel without being difficult for staff to handle. Black frames seem sturdy, and cherry wood backs give them a better appearance than an all-metal chair. Sales answered our durability questions honestly, while fast delivery kept us from using temporary seating longer than necessary. So far, they are doing exactly what we bought them to do.

They feel substantial, the finish looks consistent, and the style is simple enough that I don't think we'll get tired of it. Second, the booth section needed replacing without a long gap in service. That's where the quickship booths made sense. Thirty plain-back black booths gave us a straightforward replacement without turning the project into a long custom process. Sales helped us keep the large quantities straight, the website made it easier to narrow things down before calling, and the order moved at a good pace once everything was confirmed. Freight timing wasn't perfect, but support gave us useful information when we needed it. Now everything is installed and nobody is talking about the furniture anymore. That's usually how I know we made the right choice.
