  We really like the look of these cane wood chairs. They fit our style perfectly. We ordered 80 chairs and for the most part they were very consistent. One chair had a slightly different cane pattern, which we noticed during setup, but it doesn’t stand out once everything is placed. Good quality chairs for the price.

  We’ve been using these chairs daily for a few weeks now and they’re holding up well. The metal frame feels sturdy and the wood doesn’t creak or shift when customers sit down. The distressed walnut finish hides small marks really well, which is great for a busy restaurant. Delivery with the liftgate went fine, though the driver arrived a bit earlier than expected and caught us slightly unprepared. Nothing serious, just had to move things around quickly. Chairs themselves are great and feel like they’ll last.

  Quality is exactly what we hoped for, especially the upholstered seating. The inside delivery service helped a lot since we had limited staff on hand. Only small issue was one booth needing a quick tightening on one support rail, but easy fix. The wine booths look even better in person! Delivery with courier agent, customer support from start to finish with Dan, perfect experience!

  Great team behind the scenes, placed an order on site and needed corrections related to dimensions and they got it fixed the same day.   I ordered a mix of Kubix and bamboo chairs because I wasn’t sure which direction to take for our coffee shop remodel. Seeing them in the space helped a lot. The Kubix feel sturdy and a bit formal, while the bamboo chairs instantly make the patio look inviting. Even the delivery guy commented on how nice the wood finish looked when he dropped them off.

  The bar stools look fantastic at the counter, and the best part is they feel solid with no wobble at all. Shipping was faster than expected, and we had everything set up the same day it showed up. Cleaning is easy too. Just a quick wipe and they look brand new. I called with a few questions about fabric and sizing, and the customer service rep was extremely helpful. Overall, a great buying experience. I’d give this company an A easily!!!
