  This is the first time I've dealt with Computer Forms. From my experience, I'd say they have Outstanding customer service! When they saw an issue with my order that I wasn't aware of, they alerted me. Also, they suggested different envelopes than what I originally ordered for a better fit, even sending me samples! The order came on time exactly as promised. Although I've not used the preprinted checks yet, they look great and I'm sure they will be exactly what we need. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

  Received my order quickly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they appear to have changed the envelopes again (slightly) but don't tell you that when you reorder. In my case, this worked out well as I think they are back closer to the original envelopes that fit both AP checks and Payroll checks. The last order before this, they didn't work at all for Payroll checks. It would just be nice to get new measurements of window placement if they change the envelopes between orders. Other than that, we always get good service from Computer Forms.

  I can't get the website to work. Have to use the chat to order. Then I received a notice that the order was created, but never got it. Used the chat again with the order number and they said they'd reorder, but still NOTHING! Products are good and people are nice, but there's a disconnect somewhere.

  I like the security feature on the envelopes but prefer the other envelopes that we ordered previously...these are still self adhesive but the fold is a bit more difficult since it does not have the crease and the window is a bit shinny, but over all good envelopes.

  Regular UPS delivery should be faster than what it takes to arrive. Cost is high for regular, cannot afford to do expedite shipping.

  In the future we can ship your orders through the Postal Service. You will have to let us know if you want them to ship that way. UPS does take 5-6 business days to you from Oregon.

  We HAVE to find a more economical way to get our checks. Checks are $95 and Shipping is $43.81 almost half again the cost of just checks. No one before has ever offered a less expensive to get them. Thanks for your reply.
