I bought 8 chairs and two were damaged. I am still waiting to get replacements and a disposition for the broken chairs. It was obviously shipping damage, and I received a quick response to my initial request, but crickets for over 10 days now.

I ordered barstools and most arrived damaged. Most had minimal damage while one had sever damage from transport. I emailed the company and reported the damage. They took care of it right away. Jason Wright jumped on my claim and replaced my entire order. They really stand by their product and take good care of the customer. Great company making great products. Strongly recommend

The product is beautiful, after looking it over upon receiving, which the delivery company is rushing to get through ( understandable) turns out once we completely removed it from the packaging, there is a hairline crack running right through the middle of the table. Sure it adds a bit a character, but it also shortens the overall lifespan of the table. Honestly it isn’t the product from most companies, it’s the last mile delivery they use.

Needing to make full or even partial payment prior to shipping goods is not conducive to what has become standard operating/accounting procedures at corporations. Everyone is moving to networking capital (I personally think it's ridiculous) and making it extremely difficult to impossible to move outside of that. Corporations/accounting departments are making it so difficult that paying twice as much is easier to deal with then trying to work with vendors that will not agree to payment terms. Working with RFP was great and I wish I could order significantly more often, but it will continue to be the last viable option I consider because of how restrictive and time consuming figuring out payment is without net terms in place.

You placed your order on 6/14 and a normal leadtime is about 2 weeks. We responded to your email on 6/21 inquiring on the order status and on 6/25 we sent you tracking information for your delivery. You then called us the next day because evidently you did not receive the tracking information at the email address that you gave us on the order so we resent it. It seems that you were not receiving emails at the email address that was on your order. We went back and checked our email logs and also found a blank email from you from a different email address so maybe something happened when you sent that email and we did not get the message you intended to send. Regardless we are sorry you were not satisfied and hope to make it up to you on your next order.

Wanted to order 100 chairs and 20 barstools. Ordered a sample. It took FOREVER to get the sample and the chair was horribly made, the dimensions were all off...making the chair terribly uncomfortable. My rep was supposed to provide me with new options, and never bothered. NEVER AGAIN!

Your chairs were delivered 13 days from the time you placed the order. For a custom chair this is not unreasonable and within the time frame that you were quoted. But we understand that you did not like the sample you received and were supposed to receive some new options. This is where we messed up. Your salesperson composed an email with options that he had researched and unfortunately never sent it out. This is on us and we have spoken with him. He is contacting you with new options and has authority to offer a steep discount. We take customer service very seriously and we hope you will let us make it up to you.

The website has numerous items and I found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. Checkout was a breeze. Shipping was quick. The items I ordered (table tops) far exceeded what I was expecting both in appearance and quality. These are laminated tops that I was hoping would look like wood. They are absolutely beautiful, and heavy and thick. And BOTH sides are laminated. For the price, I could never have imagined getting something so perfect. I would recommend this company for any quality restaurant furniture.

Customer service good but the chairs are falling apart the tops don’t stay on the stands and come loose instantly. Even had one fall apart when a customer sat down in it and he fell and hit his back and head. Hopefully no lawsuit coming our way. The chairs are nice and comfortable but not well manufactured. Ordered very beautiful, very expensive table bases. They arrived fine, but didn’t include the plate to attach them to a table top. Reached out and that was sent & arrived. However, when the bases and top (which was also ordered here) were assembled, it was clear that there was a design flaw in the base, as it was incredibly wobbly. Pictures and videos demonstrating this were sent, but we were not able to return. I can’t believe anyone who ordered this base would be able to find any use for it at all, so there must’ve been other complaints. Very expensive, disappointing experience

We had a table that was damaged when it arrived and ended up having to spend another $550 just to replace the wood on the table. That's was basically the same price as an entirely new table and bench set.

Damage does sometimes occur in delivery or even prior which is why the terms on our quote, our sales order and our delivery notification all say that items must be inspected upon delivery and damage reported immediately so that we can place a claim with the responsible party. We drop ship directly from our manufacturers and this is the policy of our manufacturers and our shippers, not ours, and is common practice industry wide. You reported this damage about a month after delivery. This is too much time to report a damage claim because our suppliers claim that products could have been damaged subsequent to delivery after that much time has elapsed. In this case, we went to bat for you anyway with the manufacturer and they still denied our request to accept the claim. We take customer service very seriously as you can see from the other reviews on our site, but our hands were tied in this case. We hope we can make it up to you on a future order.

even though we had to wait for all the tables to arrive in the warehouse before they would ship it was well worth the wait. All pieces were very well packed and no damage to anything. We ordered tables and bases, and I was assuming the tables came with the screws to attach to the base but did not. No big deal, I would have just had them on hand had I known they did not supply them. All in all very satisfied with our purchase.

Hi, I normally don't take the time to do a long review but this time it is important. It is hard to find good deals, great service and great selection in this environment. After searching many sites, last week I found the RFP site and then I got to talk to Geoffrey. The site is excellent and having a rep who is nice, friendly, very helpful and knows their products, makes such a huge positive difference. The price was right, but trying to figure out the shipping of the top was a mystery. If I order on a weekend, send it the next day. What’s so difficult? It toolk days to learn whe. It would be shipped. Our item was a “printed” table top and the printing is less than stellar. We would have tried to work it out but had no more days to waste. It’s 2023. Order, shipping, delivery, surveys should take a week to 10 days not 2-4 Weeks.
