    The website has numerous items and I found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. Checkout was a breeze. Shipping was quick. The items I ordered (table tops) far exceeded what I was expecting both in appearance and quality. These are laminated tops that I was hoping would look like wood. They are absolutely beautiful, and heavy and thick. And BOTH sides are laminated. For the price, I could never have imagined getting something so perfect. I would recommend this company for any quality restaurant furniture.

    Customer service good but the chairs are falling apart the tops don’t stay on the stands and come loose instantly. Even had one fall apart when a customer sat down in it and he fell and hit his back and head. Hopefully no lawsuit coming our way. The chairs are nice and comfortable but not well manufactured. I have contacted customers service. We will see what happens.

    We apologize for this. This was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Almost all of our items go out via LTL carriers and require a delivery appointment. They should have sent this one out requiring a signature. We will discuss this with them and make sure it never happens again.

    Ordered very beautiful, very expensive table bases. They arrived fine, but didn’t include the plate to attach them to a table top. Reached out and that was sent & arrived. However, when the bases and top (which was also ordered here) were assembled, it was clear that there was a design flaw in the base, as it was incredibly wobbly. Pictures and videos demonstrating this were sent, but we were not able to return. I can’t believe anyone who ordered this base would be able to find any use for it at all, so there must’ve been other complaints. Very expensive, disappointing experience

    We are sorry that these bases were not to your satisfaction. These bases are designed to have some give to them, but because of your concerns, we will no longer be selling them. We were able to work it out with the manufacturer so that you could return them, but I think because it has been so long since both of your orders for these were delivered, you no longer have the packaging to return them in. If that is not the case, please let us know so that we can further help you return these. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and always regret an unhappy customer.

    even though we had to wait for all the tables to arrive in the warehouse before they would ship it was well worth the wait. All pieces were very well packed and no damage to anything. We ordered tables and bases, and I was assuming the tables came with the screws to attach to the base but did not. No big deal, I would have just had them on hand had I known they did not supply them. All in all very satisfied with our purchase.

    We had a table that was damaged when it arrived and ended up having to spend another $550 just to replace the wood on the table. That's was basically the same price as an entirely new table and bench set.

    Zachary, we are sorry that you are unhappy with your experience. Damage does sometimes occur in delivery or even prior which is why the terms on our quote, our sales order and our delivery notification all say that items must be inspected upon delivery and damage reported immediately so that we can place a claim with the responsible party. We drop ship directly from our manufacturers and this is the policy of our manufacturers and our shippers, not ours, and is common practice industry wide. You reported this damage about a month after delivery. This is too much time to report a damage claim because our suppliers claim that products could have been damaged subsequent to delivery after that much time has elapsed. In this case, we went to bat for you anyway with the manufacturer and they still denied our request to accept the claim. We take customer service very seriously as you can see from the other reviews on our site, but our hands were tied in this case. We hope we can make it up to you on a future order.

    Hi, I normally don't take the time to do a long review but this time it is important. It is hard to find good deals, great service and great selection in this environment. After searching many sites, last week I found the RFP site and then I got to talk to Geoffrey. The site is excellent and having a rep who is nice, friendly, very helpful and knows their products, makes such a huge positive difference. I am remodeling my restaurant and we are franchising the concept. I will be highly recommending both RFP and Geoffrey to my future franchisees.     The price was right, but trying to figure out the shipping of the top was a mystery. If I order on a weekend, send it the next day. What’s so difficult? It toolk days to learn whe. It would be shipped. Our item was a “printed” table top and the printing is less than stellar. We would have tried to work it out but had no more days to waste. It’s 2023. Order, shipping, delivery, surveys should take a week to 10 days not 2-4 Weeks.

    We ship directly from our manufacturers and, although rare, unfortunately sometimes mistakes likes this do occur. This review was the first we have heard about this issue. We are working with the manufacturer to get you replacements or compensation for the error. We understand from other subsequent email exchanges with you that you have installed these in your restaurant and they are currently in use so that will factor into what the manufacturer is willing to do in this case. Ordinarily a simple exchange would take place if these were not put into use. However we are on your side and are doing our best to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.     Recently ordered a wood table tops and matching chairs. All looks great, but had an issue with chairs. Contacted them on email, first offer was to get new chairs but since issue was manufacturing defect, I declined. Second offer was for full refund. I accepted.
