  This is one of the most unreliable company's I have ever dealt with in 36 years of being in business . The customer service is terrible. I placed my order back in the beginning of December and it had to be prepared. Which we did and it was delivered with damage to some of the furniture. We called customer service right away to report the damage. To make a long story short were still waiting for the replacement product as of 2/24/20 we've been run around so much its totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  One of the chairs we ordered from them 4 years ago had a tear in the vinyl seat. They were able to look up our order and replace the seat for us rather than making us replace the entire chair. I'm glad they were able to find our order and save us from having to replace the whole thing.

  Ordered booths for our restaurant. They had the options that I needed which is hard to find online and allowed us to customize to fit our needs from size to color. Customer service was helpful although couldn't get through to someone on the first try. They had to call me back. I would definitely use them again.

  At first I wasn’t sure about them because I was transferred to a receptionist who said a project manager would be in touch with me but then I was contacted by Geoff who walked us through the selection of some great tables and chairs. Their prices are fair and they have a great selection.

  We had a minor hiccup with one of 100 chairs arriving damaged in shipment, but RFP was quick to resolve it and get out a new replacement. Highly recommended, as they proved their worth in how they handled when something goes wrong.

  We purchased our bar stools last year and one of the foot glides has broken. I called the company and Laura Cain was wonderful sending a replacement right away. She also sent some spares if it would happen again. I fixed the stool good as new! Thanks Restaurant Furniture Plus!

  I truly value a company that treats its customers right. When we received our chairs they were all scratched up. We called to complain and they were right on it. They placed a claim with the shipping company and got us replacements pretty quickly. All we had to do was supply pictures. This could have gone very badly.

  Thank you for submitting a review. We take your feedback very seriously. (This experience is dated 3/6/19, which is when we first spoke with you, your order was placed mid-December.) At the time of this review (1/29), there were two items you were waiting on. We were notified on 1/20 that your high-chairs were damaged in transit and one of your custom chairs had a crack in it. Both of those items were reordered right away at our cost. The high-chairs were delivered on 1/31. The custom seat replacement was delivered on 2/11. Unfortunately, this is the normal amount of time it would take to ship, or in the case of the custom item, make and ship these items. We apologize for the damaged product. On rare occasions, this can occur, but we always do our best to rectify it as soon as possible. If there is anything else we can do to service you further, please let us know.

  This site came in pretty handy just exactly what I needed. I'm a big lover of wood finishes I love the tables chairs and most other furniture I buy to have a touch of wood or purely wood. The good quality of the wood finishes has really highlighted the white paint on the wall. I'm so in love with you guys, you just give exactly what I want and fast. Thumb up guys.

  At first I couldn't find exactly what I needed but I called and talked to a salesperson who was able to get me some chairs from one of their suppliers that was not on their website. I was very pleased with the service I just wish they showed everything on their website, it would make it a lot simpler. I am still giving 5 stars because we love what we ended up with.

  I called and spoke with Bridget about table bases for our new location. With her help, we ended up ordering ALL of our furniture through Restaurant Furniture Plus.   I ordered 16 tolix barstools on their website and they were delivered within about a week. One of the stools arrived damaged (leg was bent). I called and spoke with Laura in customer service. She was very kind and she was able to have the replacement stool shipped out the very next day. We will be ordering additional tables and stools in the near future with them.

  I am so glad to be able to review them. we had a really tight budget and short time frame. They were able to call a bunch of their suppliers to find someone who had what we wanted in stock and get it shipped right away. I am giving them 4 stars because some of the chairs arrived damaged but they did take care of those for us and get us replacements.

  We ordered some new chairs for our restaurant because the old ones were falling apart. They are much higher quality than what we had previously. I don't like that they came without the backs on them but I guess we would have had to pay a lot more in freight to have them shipped assembled. We will probably use them again when we replace our tables which will be pretty soon.

  Most online stores simply sell products with limited customer service. That is not the case with these guys. You can call and speak with them anytime, and they are experts on the products they sell. A+++

  Bryan was super helpful in regards to curating a selection of custom table tops for a project that I was working on. He was super nice, and down-to-earth, and very responsive whenever I needed him.   When I called to place my order, I got very quick service. They made everything very easy and gave me payment options I wasn't expecting. I got an email to notify me of my delivery which explained what was being shipped and what I needed to do to inspect the items as well as carrier and tracking number. The drive called to schedule delivery. Everything a customer can ask for, especially on expensive furniture.

  I love the RFPlus website, with all the various products from multiple manufacturers in one place. It made it easy to search by product, design style, material and price point.
