  We have ordered three different times. Tables & chairs, booths, & outdoor furniture. Each order was delivered on time, or before the delivery date & everything was exceptional! I do notice somethings are pricey on this site that are lower on others and vice versa, but other than that we love Restaurant Furniture Plus!

  I have practically refurnished my entire downstairs dining room with Restaurantfurniture.. items for the last 5 years and have never once had a problem! Everything is as described, affordable and arrived undamaged except for one chair which was replaced no problems. Customer service was terrific.

  Huge selection - almost overwhelming unless you use their filters. But, their filters need updating if you are looking for specific items within a category. I've selected & received high quality pieces that have been properly wrapped for shipping & no damages to report.

  I purchased a table and a leg was scratched in transit. I called them the day it happened and sent them the pictures and they sent out a replacement that day. I was not asked to return the item! We didn’t have space for another so we were able to donate it to a local preschool. This was so meaningful to me and them. I can’t say enough about how generous this was, not greedy or wasteful. I will for sure be ordering from them again.

  I've had a wonderful experience with Restaurant Furniture Plus. I'm an Interior Designer that works with restaurants and have ordered several things from them and quality of their products is wonderful. I had to return one item because it was defective. They took care of it immediately and helped me get a replacement.

  I was extremely pleased with the customer service support I got in trying to find the product I needed it. She spent a lot of time trying to find as many items that would fit within my budget. I do appreciate to have this attention especially when you have a lot to buy for your restaurant, time is valuable in trying to find the best product with the best price. The entire process is good from the beginning until you receive the product at your restaurant. Also they have a fast delivery, and a good technology for search in their website. The system is friendly and easy to use. I do appreciate Restaurant Furniture Plus's dedication and time spent. 5 stars customer service.

  Website has great products. Found out there are thousands more products available. They can find anything you're looking for. I ordered custom booths and about 60 chairs and barstools. They were able to find the chairs from just a picture I found online. Our furniture looks great! I highly recommend these guys.

  Dan, I appreciate your comment about shipping prices. Some companies build the shipping price into the product cost while we prefer to show the lowest product price possible and then add on the actual shipping costs in order to keep the total price as low as possible. We believe this is more transparent and can actual save you money if ordering multiple pieces from a single manufacturer rather than having to add flat shipping rates into all of the product prices. Shipping furniture is very expensive, especially when you are trying to avoid using carriers who often damage furniture in shipping. Shipping has also spiked recently in price due to the holidays which is probably what you are reacting to. We don't mark up our shipping and are always shopping for the best shipping prices. We do however, appreciate the feedback and will always try to keep the shipping prices as low as possible.

  I had wanted a colorful area for all the young children of our family. I wanted bright durable chairs to place around a kids table. The lime green stackable chairs are the perfect solution. The chairs are rugged, will hold multiple children at once . I read where they hold up to 600 pounds! Very happy with my purchase!

  Promptly answered all emails. When their vendor of an item did not whip when promised, restaurantfurnitureplus contacted that vendor and made sure the item was shipped within a couple days. In short, excellent customer service. Also sturdy, well-made product. I would buy from them again.

  Very satisfied with the product and amount of time in which I received the order. When looking thru the site it was a little tedious. I was looking for a small patio set with table and two chairs, but it was time consuming to actually find what I was looking for. Also I received an email confirming my order the next day and then later that day I received another email saying that the product was back ordered and did I want to wait. I was confused, because it wasn't clear how to respond to that email. I guess I could have called, but I feel like the email should have stated "please call or email to let us know whether you want to wait or cancel the order". But overall I was pleased.

  The customer service, via phone and email was outstanding! I will definitely use them again. There were some shipping issues but they were on it the entire time; even though the issue was not with RFP. I really enjoyed working with them and definitely do so again.
