  I’m not usually a review person. This company deserves 5 stars. The website is clear and easy to use, not too many questions or silly options. The furniture we bought was exactly what we expected.   I wanted STURDY but nice looking and comfortable counter height bar stools and found them at Restaurantfurnitureplus.com. They were shipped with plenty of packing so they did not get scratched and arrived in a timely manner. The price and shipping cost was not cheap, but after receiving the stools I am very please with the quality and comfort of my stools. They should last a long time so I think they were worth the price.

  Our project manager, Kristen Fitchko, was incredibly helpful in getting us through this crazy period of backorders and delays. She was also super responsive and knowledgeable about the product. We ended up with a restaurant full of beautiful furniture, and more to come!

  Josh was extremely helpful. I wanted to see a more realistic image of the table top I was considering because on the website, they are all against a white background and it's tough to see the variations in the material. Josh asked someone in the warehouse to take a photo of the table top and sent it to me within an hour. I was able to confirm that it was indeed what I was hoping it would be and placed my order right away. He even expedited my order since I have am on a tight timeline. My experience could not have been better. Thank you!

  I ordered and received Oktoberfest style tables and benches. No problems whatsoever from initial phone call to quote to ordering to shipping and receiving. They even postponed shipping upon my request until the storage building for my business was erected. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful. The furniture appears to be high quality, even sports a quality control stamp from TÜV Süd, which is an internationally recognized quality control organization.

  I just placed an order with Brenda who has been so amazing throughout this order process. Brenda and I had a call and went over the chair that I picked. Due to the supply chain shortage, the chair that I selected initially was unavailable. Brenda showed me a few other options and checked availability for me. I was able to identify the chair and completed the order process within a very short period of time. Brenda is extremely responsive and she's been in constant communication with me via email and voice mail to keep me updated. Her attentiveness and prompt responsiveness need to be recognized.   Love the in-pool chaise lounges! I had questions prior to purchasing and they were promptly answered. The delivery was on time and faster than I expected given the distance. The product is beautiful and comfortable - unquestionably better than any other in-pool lounger that costs 3x as much. Highly recommended.

  I was having difficulty finding the chairs I wanted, so I reached out to Restaurant Furniture Plus. Gayla was very helpful in finding what I needed and helped me through the entire process.   We ordered two outdoor dinning tables (still waiting for one to arrive), and a ten outdoor chairs. I’m most impressed with the quality of the outdoor Air series chairs (gray and tropical green). My only issue was that they sent me two chairs that were in the wrong style. I ordered two Air XL Armchairs in tropical green (love the color) but was sent two standard Air dinning chairs instead. I emailed the company and hope to hear from them on a resolution.

  We ordered six outdoor bar stools and they arrived in about one week. They were really nice and we could not have been happier. With all the supply chain issues it was a surprise that we did not have to wait long for them. The chairs are good quality and comfortable.

  Shipment took as long as expected, although on the far end of the estimate if I remember correctly. Chairs arrived well-packed and almost completely undamaged (only one our of 200 was bent, I believe and a few missing the rubber feet). They've worked out well on our patio this summer and still look great. I would order from restaurantfurnitureplus.com again, and recommend them to others. Only recommendation is to make sure you order well ahead of the date you need them.

  I went to a few other sites before ordering from this company. The reviews on all the other sites were awful. I am glad I did my due dilligence because they were great. No problems and I think if I ordered from one of the other sites I would not be happy right now. Bottom line is - do your research!

  I was very pleased with the service I received. I tried to place an order through their website and received a call the next day from a Project Manager to tell me my items were out of stock and they helped me find something that was similar. They source products form multiple manufacturers apparently. Anyway it would have been helpful to know that they were out of stock before I ordered but the ease with which they were able to find something else made up for my disappointment.

  The product was of high quality and the price was fair. The reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is partly my fault but since I was ordering tables for a group of friends I simply clicked the link and bought the tables. The picture in that link was a tan table top with green legs but what I received was a blond table top with black legs. What I realized after the fact is that the picture didn't change to the example of what I was ordering like most online retailers these days. So while the picture showed one thing the text showed another. Again, if I had read the text I'd have corrected it but it was one of those super busy overwhelming days and this detail slipped through the cracks.   I ordered the butcher block tables and the ladder back dining chairs with the vinyls seats. My table and chairs are beautiful and the quality is excellent. Table and chairs are sturdy. I was contacted before they were delivered to set up a time for them to bring to my restaurant. They were delivered in excellent condition. I was very impressed with the ordering process and delivery.

  First of all, the bar stools that I ordered are top quality and will last a lifetime. I am extremely pleased with them. They were called Jamaican Resin Wickerlook and they look so fantastic around our large bar area. I was nervous ordering such an item on the internet and not getting to sit in them and test their sturdyness and overall look in person. Additionally the customer service was terrific. They initially communicated with me that there may be a delay and was that OK? When I mentioned that I was having a party and was hoping to have them by a certain date....they promised they would see what they could do. I reached out later to see how the date was looking an again received a quick response back that they were sincerely hoping to have them in my possession. As the date got closer, I resigned myself that they were not arriving. The day before the party, the shipment arrived. Now that is great service!!! I will definitely do business with this company again and actually look forward to it!
