Verified reviewTrustpilot should make it possible to give negative stars, at least in the case of this website. First, I doubt that the people available to chat with are located in the United States. Their lack of knowledge about such a sensitive process as obtaining a passport is astounding. Second, their incompetence is unparalleled: after having submitted my information, both on the website and in an email, I had to call a week later, despite paying extra for expediting my application, because the application was still “ processing.†After that was sorted out, they were going to submit the application in the name of my contact. Imagine that: no more global entry, no more breezing through customs/immigration… it was basically a sure bet I’d end up on every “no-fly“ list there is. I obviously requested a refund, which I must say, they were pretty prompt with. Nevertheless, if you’re in a hurry to get a passport or any other important government document, or if the business of obtaining and/or renewing important legal documents is a priority, this company should not be your first choice. Just go to the post office or mail your documents directly to the government (everything .gov today is surprisingly well put together) and bypass these people altogether.

Verified reviewIt was so easy using GOV but thinking I was getting a passport on-line was too good to be true! They say the cost is $59, then after you get through everything they hit you with “government fee†of $135! Had to take 4 pictures they oked the last one. Next day I need to take one more! I will say it was easy to cancel the whole thing!

Review collected by a third partyNot worth the time or money, just print the forms out yourself. My application was approved on Feb 8th, tracking generated on the 14, as of the 20th still hasn't been shipped. No communication from Gov at all. I have to keep calling them as they were never going to reach out. I was told on the 16th it would mailed. Again I was told by a manager that on the 19th. As of the 20th it still hasn't been mailed, no updates in tracking info. At this rate I could have printed the forms myself, filled them out, and have saved time $57.
