Spontaneous reviewAt first glance and as a first time potential shopper to your site, I am looking for a 100 - 110 lb cardstock. While reviewing several listings I could not find the cardstock weight listed in the product details. You have the product name, number, cost, availability and packaging sizes but there is no information with respect to whether or not the cardstock is 65 lb, 80 lb, 100 lb or 110 lb, which for some people, like myself, is one of the first things I want to see. Otherwise I am wasting my time searching. Without this information readily available I will probably not be re-visiting your site. Regards.

Spontaneous reviewI am not reviewing I am complaining, I just cut my finger open trying to open a pack of your self adhesive notes, seriously there is nothing to grab, no tab, and the pack is so tight how is anyone able to open these?, go grab one of your shelf and open it and you will see, not fucking impressed at all,

Spontaneous reviewWebsite isn't functioning. When selecting filters, the webpage doesn't get updated. I cannot even go to the homepage, then select the products tab and choose the category. This makes it very difficult to interact with the site and get to the product I need, let alone apply filters which do not update the listings.

Spontaneous reviewevery time after i placed the order on line , i will called Hamster , mentioned that ,pls tell the driver deliver to the pharmacy directly, but , they always deliver in the grocery area !! our pharmacy is located inside the supermarket. you know what it the weight for 1 case of the fax paper ? it is 40 lbs. , and i have to move that by myself ! can you guys do somethings to improve the service ?? we have our own account number , different than the grocery side, the driver should know that is from the grocery or pharmacy ? even he does not know, I did call & mention ! BAD customer service

Spontaneous reviewHamster is selling the UNI POWER TANK pen at $4.99 when you can buy it for less at many other places, even from very small retailers. Also, they DON'T sell the refills (2 for $5.80 almost everywhere), thus expecting you to pay $5 over and over instead of buying refills at almost half price. Besides that, it's not ecological at all! Worse... they sell it at the same price even if you buy 12 or 144 pens! I've seen small retailers offering a discount when you buy 4 or more....
