Verified reviewI really question to see the value in this service. They claim to streamline and automate the process of getting a passport and TSA Precheck. When in reality in ends up costing more money and complicating the processes. You'll still have to set appointments for the first-interviews, you still need to fill out and turn in an application? What does GovPlus streamline and simplify, more money out of your wallet. Yes they'll give you a full refund what's the point of even wasn't your time. NOTE!!! I taked to TSA directly and they stated this service was a scam. You can fill out all document yourself for free and less effort.

Review collected by a third partyI wish I could write something nice, but this has been a bad experience for me. I do not see any value working with this 3rd party organization. My passport cost me more than if I went to a typical authorized passport office, and even though I paid for an expediated service, actually obtaining a renewed passport takes much more time through GOV . I will say that their customer service reps were all polite!

Review collected by a third partyIn past year I had some horrendous dealing with the VA which was through the Government - it took me months to get things straightened out. I was pleased that this went through smoothly. I was confused at first as after putting in first amount on credit card, there was no way of knowing what was next. When I called the number this am, I was walked through the second step and assured that my $97 had been applied to TSA Pre check.
