  I had a great experience with Meeting Tomorrow when I rented 15 iPads for a demo event. Everything arrived on time, and the iPads were in perfect shape, which was super impressive. My sales rep was awesome—really helpful and made the whole process easy. Plus, the pricing was solid, making it a great deal overall. Shipping was also well done, so I didn't have to worry about any damage. I highly recommend them if you need tech rentals!

  My experience with Meeting Tomorrow was great. The sales rep that I communicated with (Audry Pink) was so responsive to all of my questions. (I'd never rented/shipped computers for a meeting, so I was a bit apprehensive.) The units arrived on time and well packaged. My only comment is that some of the cable locks I rented did not fit the specific laptops, and I had to call to get the lock codes to even be able to use them. Turns out, I couldn't use them at all, so that was a wasted expense. But, overall, I would definitely use this company again for rented laptops.

  Meeting Tomorrow (particularly Quentin Brown) was extremely friendly, collaborative, and open-minded with me/our team in order to ensure the best solutions are being offered for what we were trying to achieve at a nationwide conference. The turnaround time from consultations to bookings to shipment/delivery were tight, but Meeting Tomorrow was more than flexible and capable of accommodating our deadlines and ensuring the set up and delivery of all the tech that was rented. Both our team and our client (who we were supporting as third party exhibitors) were more than pleased with the quality and support Meeting Tomorrow offered. Finding the right vendor with fair prices and high quality execution was tough at first — Meeting Tomorrow exceeded our expectations in these areas, which is why we were excited to work with the team.   Our experience was truly exceptional, particularly the collaborative process with the team.   Easy to work with during setup and return. We rented 22 devices for a year, never had any issues with any of the devices. Return was prepaid with the original contract and it was as simple as dropping the container (provided by meeting tomorrow) off at UPS.

  We leased 20 iPad Pro units for documenting the condition of nearly 1000 rental units that were turning over. Meeting Tomorrow completely exceeded our expectations. From the initial quote to the equipment return, everything was flawless. The first-generation iPad Pro units that we leased, which are now several years old, were in terrific condition. For the first time in years, we did not need to use a single portable battery charger in the field and there were no technical issues to speak of. Easy, dependable, and frictionless!   Very attentive to emails to set up our rental. The rental team was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, quick and friendly. The only issue we had was with recommendations for which HDMI to HDMI cords they had on stock to supply. We asked for 75' cords and they said they didn't have, but would supply two 50' cords. When their team arrived on site they said they had 100' cords and weren't sure why this wasn't recommended to us. Other than that, very happy and would use them again!

  My experience was extremely positive and smooth, from discussing my "plan" through the formulation of the product(s) I would need through to the final return of the equipment. I work with a major university in education research and we needed to switch from in-person classroom observations to a remote solution during covid restrictions. I had a germ of an idea and was able to work with Audry and Sam to make the idea a reality, and Laura R. was able to keep everything on track. We used sets of iPads to use as tools to observe teachers in their classrooms (as part of an evaluation) during covid restrictions. Sourcing the equipment with MT meant we did not have to incur capital expenditures for >70 iPads (with wifi and data), headphones, and supplies for the 3-month project. We look forward to working with Meeting Tomorrow as we develop our next remote observation project.

  Fantastic. It was easy to order, the iPads arrived in perfect condition just when they were supposed to. Everything was charged up and we had plenty of data to handle our event. Returns were simple with a prepaid shipping label and a sturdy carrying case that they arrived in.
