  I had a great experience using Meeting Tomorrow for a SuperBowl streaming event we did at work. The communication from signing up leading up to the day of the event was great and the tech came early! The set up was smooth and everything went great! Highly recommend!

  Meeting Tomorrow (particularly Quentin Brown) was extremely friendly, collaborative, and open-minded with me/our team in order to ensure the best solutions are being offered for what we were trying to achieve at a nationwide conference. The turnaround time from consultations to bookings to shipment/delivery were tight, but Meeting Tomorrow was more than flexible and capable of accommodating our deadlines and ensuring the set up and delivery of all the tech that was rented. Both our team and our client (who we were supporting as third party exhibitors) were more than pleased with the quality and support Meeting Tomorrow offered. Finding the right vendor with fair prices and high quality execution was tough at first — Meeting Tomorrow exceeded our expectations in these areas, which is why we were excited to work with the team. We're so excited to work with Meeting Tomorrow for future events!

  My experience was seamless from beginning to end. My discussion with Quentin Brown were professional and comprehensive in identifying my needs for my remote sales program. The set-up of the equipment was expeditious and met the expectations of my as well as the facility that the event was held at. Pick-up of the equipment was as expected and without issue. In summary, I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided, the cost of the service and will be back for future events.

  Our experience was truly exceptional, particularly the collaborative process with the team. They effectively addressed our inquiries and concerns, provided insights into the setup of the equipment and technician involvement, and assisted with payment options. While we believe there is room for improvement in the interface and finishing to achieve a more premium look for the giant phone, we are currently very pleased with the overall experience.

  Easy to work with during setup and return. We rented 22 devices for a year, never had any issues with any of the devices. Return was prepaid with the original contract and it was as simple as dropping the container (provided by meeting tomorrow) off at UPS.

  We leased 20 iPad Pro units for documenting the condition of nearly 1000 rental units that were turning over. Meeting Tomorrow completely exceeded our expectations. From the initial quote to the equipment return, everything was flawless. The first-generation iPad Pro units that we leased, which are now several years old, were in terrific condition. For the first time in years, we did not need to use a single portable battery charger in the field and there were no technical issues to speak of. Easy, dependable, and frictionless! We'll be relying on Meeting Tomorrow for all of our technology rental needs going forward. Highly recommended!! Thanks!

He was able to help answer any questions and offered some great recommendations. On our event day, the equipment showed up on time (even a little early) and the quality of the product was great.   I worked with Meeting Tomorrow to provide us with laptops so that we could provide employees with an immersive experience for learning the new ERP we are implementing. All of the people I spoke with at Meeting Tomorrow were very polite and interested in learning about our company's needs in order to provide the best package for us. The lines of communication were always open, and they were VERY flexible with our many changes to dates and the number of units required. If you have a need to rent laptops, I HIGHLY recommend the folks at Meeting Tomorrow. You will not be disappointed. We had a 6-month contract with them, and you cannot beat the price. Overall best value and high-quality customer service is a recipe for success.

  Meeting Tomorrow met all of our needs for the trade show we participated in. Pre-event they were responsive, professional and had a cost-effective solution. The onsite support received was top-notch and once the Giant iPhone was set-up, checked back in a few times just to make sure that all was working properly.   Has the AV Integration services we needed and could use in the future. Great flexibility and problem solving skills. Not sure if price was competitive; projectors of similar lumens for rentals only were significantly more reasonable; however, you provide labor integration services and sometimes that can be complex. So great product rentals and quality integration but could provide more competitive pricing.

  Very attentive to emails to set up our rental. The rental team was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, quick and friendly. The only issue we had was with recommendations for which HDMI to HDMI cords they had on stock to supply. We asked for 75' cords and they said they didn't have, but would supply two 50' cords. When their team arrived on site they said they had 100' cords and weren't sure why this wasn't recommended to us. Other than that, very happy and would use them again!

  My experience was extremely positive and smooth, from discussing my "plan" through the formulation of the product(s) I would need through to the final return of the equipment. I work with a major university in education research and we needed to switch from in-person classroom observations to a remote solution during covid restrictions. I had a germ of an idea and was able to work with Audry and Sam to make the idea a reality, and Laura R. was able to keep everything on track. We used sets of iPads to use as tools to observe teachers in their classrooms (as part of an evaluation) during covid restrictions. Sourcing the equipment with MT meant we did not have to incur capital expenditures for >70 iPads (with wifi and data), headphones, and supplies for the 3-month project. We look forward to working with Meeting Tomorrow as we develop our next remote observation project.
