  The Meeting Tomorrow tea was so very easy to work with. They were super collaborative, helped us exceed our own expectations of a pre-recorded session. Joey, out main point of contact, was always available. Despite running other events while helping us plan ours, it seemed like she was waiting for our calls or emails. Any time we asked for something that might not be achievable, she presented multiple alternatives that often times worked out better than the original plan. John, our producer, was equally as awesome. He had fantastic ideas to help us achieve our vision, was an absolute expert at the different technologies needed, and turned around edits of our project in hours. I was impressed at every interaction I had with the MT team.

  Meeting Tomorrow saved the day for our students and their Advanced Placement (AP) tests this spring. As a result of our global pandemic we had numerous students who did not own a digital device to take their AP test that was now online. Our school districts worked tirelessly to order technology and meet their digital as well as Wi-Fi needs, but the entire nation was on back order for equipment. Meeting Tomorrow came to our rescue and within days we had devices with full Wi-Fi access delivered to our doorsteps. They also worked with our internal procedures as a public school agency in a timely manner and made necessary accommodations to complete our transaction. A few hundred students who will be the first in their family to attend college successfully completed their virtual AP test thanks to Meeting Tomorrow.

  Working with Meeting Tomorrow is always a seamless experience. The team is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, always able to answer any questions I have in regards to the equipment & setup I have in mind. All of the techs that are sent on-site for my events have been extremely professional. They arrive on-time for setup and handle any troubleshooting calmly and efficiently. I have mainly worked on pre-planning with Ashton Arnold and Ellyse Coombes who have both been wonderful!

  Delivery and pick up on time. The TV monitor was slightly worn out with scratches on the screen. No USB adaptor device provided as promised. Instead, we got an old laptop showing a "Microsoft Windows Expired" all the time on a corner of the screen so the Microsoft message was prominent for viewers visiting my booth. Not good.

  Ellie and the team went above and beyond in assisting my team and I in getting some laptops for a conference. We let her know what we were looking for and we got exactly that and more. The laptops were very easy to get set up. The receiving and returning the package was a breeze. The laptops actually arrived a day before expected which helped us a lot as well. We could not have asked for more! We will be using Meeting Tomorrow for all our upcoming events. Highly recommended.

  I thought the company was incredibly responsive and met most of our needs on the day of our event. My only constructive criticism is that I wish they would've done a more thorough walk through to examine the lighting in the room our event was held in so we could've made the necessary accommodations for our event.

  A 10 of 10. Large wall video screens were sharp and crisp, set up was smooth, staff extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked within our budget on a very compressed timetable and would highly recommend Meeting Tomorrow!

  I cannot wait to work with Meeting Tomorrow again and again! From my first call with their team, I was greeted with professionalism and great service. Leading up to our event, they did a great job confirming details to ensure everything would arrive on time and to the correct location. The 49 iPhones we received were well-packaged with chargers and the phones were all setup according to our specs. We did have an issue with the app company we had used with data not being uploaded due to an error with the app. Meeting Tomorrow was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They connected with our app company to attempt some troubleshooting and ended up pulling the data we desperately needed. There was a minimal handling fee but because of their support, we were able to retrieve data that was needed to award CEUs for our event attendees. Kylie made our rental easy and Harrison turned a potentially devastating app issue into a fantastic experience. I can't thank them enough and I look forward to working with them again soon! Thank you!

  I have done business with Meeting Tomorrow for a few months now, and completed a total of 7 orders with them this year. I have been consistently happy with their services, and have never had a problem with any of my orders. They are always incredibly prompt in their responses to questions and orders, and quite accommodating to any special requests I had. Delivery of goods was always on-time, and the goods in working order. Once; I did have a charger damaged in transit (mind you, this happened once out of the dozens and dozens of laptops we have ordered), and they were exceptionally quick to offer replacement. The staff is lovely, and I very much look forward to working with them going forward. I highly recommend their services.

  We used Meeting Tomorrow for an event out of state, so was a little worried, that I couldn't' be onsite to help our team out and ensure the set up was right. I was so impressed with how easy it was to get everything scheduled. I even had to adjust the date and it was a quick email and everything was updated. We even had a slight hiccup in that we our laptop didn't have an HDMI connection (which I thought it did), the rep was able to fix things quickly and get the cords needed. Excellent customer service for a great price.

  I was not happy with Meeting Tomorrow. I have worked with them for 5 years and have been happy, but this year there were too many things that did not go right, too many things we had to worry about on our end. I don't plan to use them again.

  Meeting Tomorrow has a very easy to navigate site, process and pricing model. They are EXTREMELY nice and easy to work with and check with you several times before and during to make sure you have everything you need. Package always arrives on time, easy to set up and return kit is provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to outfit their meeting or convention with tech. (In my case, WIFI for 100 people). This was my second time using them and I will definitely be back for a third.

  Based in Sydney and visiting Chicago for the first time for a large conference, Meeting Tomorrow was very helpful in leasing monitors needed to run our product demo. Dealing with them via email was so easy and efficient.The delivery of the equipment to our hotel was very helpful, plus they provided everything we needed to send the equipment back via courier.
