  I have used their service twice, and will do so again in the future. The dumpsters were delivered and picked up as scheduled. It was extremely easy to order one, and have it picked up. The Customer service rep and the drivers were very friendly, and answered any questions that I had. They are definitely an A+ company!

  I thought the process of ordering a dumpster was incredibly easy. The service level was great. For example, when they didn't have the size of dumpster I needed, they upgraded me to the next size for no additional charge. Scheduling the pick-up was seamless. Everything was done on time and as expected. I'll definitely use this company again.

  I can't imagine why you'd want my input on a dumpster rental, but what the hell. The Driver arrived with requested dumpster at the appointed hour; that was nice. he was nice. He dropped the container in the designated spot. I filled it with construction debris. Kept it an extra week. He arrived on the desired day (I wasn't home) and hauled it away. Everything went grandly. I have no complaints. It was a fine exchange of $$ for service.

  I was concerned about what kind of services we would be able to find in such a small rural area of Virginia. After contacting this waste company about servicing our major construction project, the easy button was pushed. The customer service is outstanding, and the personnel are an absolute pleasure to work with. We currently have 5 dumpsters that are pretty much on a daily rotation and there are no worries for me allowing me to focus my energy on building. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of worry-free waste disposal services.

  Dumpster was delivered nice and early and put exactly where I requested. My driveway is tough to back up in especially as there is a fire hydrant at the entrance to my driveway. The driver had no problem getting past it. Pick up wax done early as well.

  The team at rolloffdumpsterdirect.com was friendly and easy to deal with. Their price was the most competitive of the many firms I tried. Drop-off and pick-up were on time and handled efficiently by Waste Management. As far as I can tell many of these dumpster companies just have a commercial account with Waste Management and act as a middleman since Waste Management have such crazy retail pricing.

  They delivered the dumpster exactly where needed and on time. The pick up was just as easy. They were courteous and professional from start to finish. The prices were very reasonable as well, overall I couldn't have been more satisfied. Would definitely use them again.
