  Very happy with this service. The website was easy to use and place my order as well as my pick up. Delivery was on time and driver was careful of the driveway as he pushed the dumpster off. All and all great service, and friendly check ins when we had to keep the dumpster longer than anticipated. Definitely recommend.

  I can't imagine why you'd want my input on a dumpster rental, but what the hell. The Driver arrived with requested dumpster at the appointed hour; that was nice. he was nice. He dropped the container in the designated spot. I filled it with construction debris. Kept it an extra week. He arrived on the desired day (I wasn't home) and hauled it away. Everything went grandly. I have no complaints. It was a fine exchange of $$ for service.

  Roll-Off Dumpster Direct has been a pleasure to work with. The ability to order and pay for directly on the website has been so easy to use and saves so much time.   I was concerned about what kind of services we would be able to find in such a small rural area of Virginia. After contacting this waste company about servicing our major construction project, the easy button was pushed. The customer service is outstanding, and the personnel are an absolute pleasure to work with. We currently have 5 dumpsters that are pretty much on a daily rotation and there are no worries for me allowing me to focus my energy on building. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of worry-free waste disposal services.

  I have used rolloffdumpsterdirect twice now. They are by far the best bang for your buck for cost and time of dumpster in the Newark DE area. I had called about 5 other companies and nobody came close to the quote.

  Dumpster was delivered nice and early and put exactly where I requested. My driveway is tough to back up in especially as there is a fire hydrant at the entrance to my driveway. The driver had no problem getting past it. Pick up wax done early as well.

  The team at rolloffdumpsterdirect.com was friendly and easy to deal with. Their price was the most competitive of the many firms I tried. Drop-off and pick-up were on time and handled efficiently by Waste Management. As far as I can tell many of these dumpster companies just have a commercial account with Waste Management and act as a middleman since Waste Management have such crazy retail pricing.

  I ordered a dumpster swap for my site but the driver picked up the GC's dumsper instead of mine and they didn't look anything alike. I gave strict instructions that mine was on the south side of the building. It was worked out but I had to babysit this and really this part of my job should be easy.

  I live in a town where bulk pick up is a big process that involves contacting the township and only happens once per month. 'm just a home owner who has been filling my attic and basement with "stuff" for a little over a decade. Realizing I was following a hording pattern of those in my family I rented a dumpster in March of 2022 as a birthday gift to myself. I was able to get rid of some old furniture and do a serious clean out. It made me feel so good about my home that I couldn't wait to do it again. This is my second rental in 2022. In August I did it again. I rented a smaller dumpster because I didn't have furniture to remove but we decided to some projects around the house. As before Roll Off dumpster had excellent communication. The delivery was seamless. I had the dumpster for 3 weeks and decided to keep it another 2 weeks because our projects ran long. The team was excellent and reached out to assure I really wanted to keep it and the billing was acceptable. I cannot say enough good things about this service or my experience. I was honestly sad when it was over and the dumpster left the driveway. I believe I will make this a part of my regular house maintenance to avoid gathering an attic and basement full of "stuff" ever again! Roll Off Dumpster has a life long customer!

  Everything about your company has been great. I completely understand not taking responsibility for damaging someones driveway and there being a waiver. That being said. You should still put your dumpsters on blocks or plywood to avoid damaging. I rather pay more for a dumpster with a company that takes a little respect in someones property.

  My experience was exceptional! They offered the longest amount of time than any other roll off Dumpster allowing me to work with my time. The cost was VERY reasonable and they were quick with getting it to me. During the drop and pick up there was no damage, it was like it wasn't even in my driveway.   I took a night off to clear the items out of my home because I work nights 6:30pm to 6:10 am. So I stayed up after work wondering why I haven't gotten my dumpster. I called and they said it was going to be delayed but no one called me. They emailed me. WOW!!!!I was SUPER PISSED!!!! Then I called 2 days ahead to let them know they can pick up the dumpster as scheduled. The guy I spoke with told me he would notate the account. Again I get off at 6:10 am so I was sleep when the dumpster was to be picked up. When I got up at 4pm and seen the dumpster still in my driveway I was SUPER F**KING PISSED!!!! So l called and they told me I had to email them. And I flipped out because all of this is just an SCAM to get more money out of the customers because I shouldn't have to email a company to pick up your dumpster. And that's beside the point no one told me that. Why should it matter how I contact you to pick up the dumpster. Now I was told I WAS NOT gone be charged the extra $100 due to them not picking it up.   We have used Roll-off Dumpster Direct twice this year. Once when we redid our new house in South Carolina and once in NJ when selling our house.   I was doing a renovation on a family member's home which is out of the area I normally work. I used RollOffDumpsterDirect.com and not only were they cheaper than my "favored customer" deal with a dumpster company at home, but the pick up and delivery were as promised and timely.   The dumpster is the dumpster, you can remove trash through any number of companies. Its easy to find horrible companies or those who are so backlogged there is no point in getting on the schedule. What makes me a repeat customer with Roll-Off is the customer service. Communication is top notch. One person in particular is always attentive and responds within minutes of any email. I look forward to working with her because I know I will get everything I need. When you run a business mostly via email, communication is not only nice but it is a absolute must. I have three orders already and will continue to use Roll-Off in the future.

  Fast, and easy to order and remove container unless there's an issue. Driver placed half the dumpster in the middle of the street, obviously it doesn't belong there., Called 10 minutes after driver left no one would accept responsibility, 4 day's later, and a fine from the city to get them to corrected it, in addition to the headache we were still billed a relocation fee from Roll-off. The dumpster was half full and mostly large light debris, we were billed another 1 ton over weight fee with no way to verify why, our first dumpster was twice as full with mostly tile and carpet no fee there. An inexpensive option at first glance, then the fees kept adding up. We have switched companies and are happier, with no additional fees.

  The service was good and the driver who picked up the dumpster was very polite and friendly. The only problem I had was the day the dumpster was delivered I was diagnosed with covid and I had to postpone any work to use it. Also, the next week was rainy everyday and so I had to get it for another week to be able to use it. Also, my daughter had to sweep it out twice so there would be no charge for wet debree.
