  It was a very painless and easy experience. The delivery was here as requested we used it for our complete kitchen demo. We have a medium size kitchen we were able to fit all items in the dumpster. We had a hiccup when they were supposed to pick up but came a day later and rolled it right up and took it away, no trips to the dump for us.

  I didn't use the site. I called customer service and the staff were very helpful processing my request.   I used four dumpsters from Rolloff. During this process, I had an issue and requested to speak with the supervisor/owner. I was told by the lady who had been handling my orders that I could not speak to her supervisor/owner. I then requested the supervisor/owners name. The person assisting me said she could not give out the name. I said "you are kidding me right?" She said no and never gave me a name or connected me to the person, their email or phone number. Very poor customer relations!

  Told me they would work with me on getting the dumpsters moved as I needed them sence the job was so fast pass and cramped. When I called to get the picked up they told me I had to be put on the list for 1st thing the next day. Almost 1:00pm they picked it up. I ended up having to get a dump truck to come out and set. Still cheaper than the dumpsters.

  The service was pretty quick in that the dumpster was made available about three days after the initial request placed. I then ordered a second, larger dumpster, and that too was delivered in a reasonable time. When the first dumpster was full, I requested it be removed. For some reason there was a delay in removing the first dumpster. This made it difficult to access the second dumpster that was ordered as it was placed next to the first. I used a tractor with a grabber tool so having access to both sides was important. I was charged an extra fee for the first dumpster for being "overweight." Two things: with the majority of the trash being wood from a shed that was demolished, I find it hard to believe it was overweight. It was not overfilled. How is one to know this? The second thing is that we had a downpour of rain a couple of days while it sat at the house beyond a reasonable period after it was requested to be picked up that probably resulted in rain water adding to the weight. My fault? I do not believe so since the request was placed at least seven days prior to the rain fall. I live an hour away from the site and to drive a total of 2 hours just to place a tarp over a dumpster that was supposed to be picked up immediately was not something I feel should have been necessary. So, they're pretty quick to get the dumpster out there, but beware about them being slow to pick it up. Knowing this, you might want to cover it up in case you have rain in the forecast upon to 14 days after that request is placed.

  Super easy to deal with. Customer service was fantastic. Delivery was a breeze and so was removal. If you're in the market for a roll off, look no further. I will be using them again in the future.

  Delivery was kind of difficult because there were cars parked near the entrance way. But the driver was very good the dumpster was place without incident. Service is exceptional and on time for pick up and delivery. We will definitely use them again.
