  The site is easy to navigate but I had lot of issues with pick up. The pick up was delayed several days despite being schedule ahead of time. There was no clarity on status or any follow up. It took too many phone calls taking to too many people in customer service erode dumpster got picked up. They should focus on communication during delays and issues. I would have given it 4 stars if not for the pick up fiasco and delays.

  The service is very good but as a commercial customer it's not very appealing to always have up charges because of weight. Its not appealing at al as most times its double what the original quote for the dumpster is..

  They were prompt in bringing the dumpster. The man was very cautious with our property. The dumpster was here a little longer then rented because of timing for drivers. We thought that was a blessing.

  The dumpster itself worked great. The delivery driver showed up very late in the day and ignored the request I had left to be contacted when he arrived. I was going to ask him to park the dumpster with the door on the downhill end but he already had it off the truck by the time I noticed, as a result I spend a lot of time bailing rain water out even though I had purchased and covered with a tarp. By default the drivers should park the dumpsters so rainwater runs out, with the door shut there's no way it all ran out when it was being loaded. Overall the dumpster came on the day it was supposed to and was picked up, and to my knowledge I wasn't charged more, so all things considered I'll probably call these guys again when I need another dumpster.

  Easy to order and receive. Well organized. Rang for pickup and it took a few days. Had to ring again and confirm that we wouldn’t be charged for the overage since it wasn’t picked up straight away. Would recommend this service.

  Due to the fact we had to submit a permit for the dumpster, timing was critical and this company was more than accommodating. Delivery was the very next day, communication was excellent and the fact that there were zero hidden charges or bac fees - you pay exactly for what you see on line and that is it! This company not only had the lowest costs (and I did plenty of research) but this was the only company where you have the dumpster for the a longer number of days - which are standard! The service was fantastic and we would highly recommend! Thank you!

  I have used the service 3 times. The first time was normal average service. The second time they threw dining room chairs on my lawn because they may have been sticking out. They could have just charged for the extra weight like they did the first time I used them. The third time I used them I had no issues. All three times the dumpster was delivered on time and picked up according to schedule. Offering discounts to repeat customers could go a long way if this was implemented.

  Dumpster not delivered on time and pickup of dumpster was delayed by nearly a week with no communication. We were in the process of selling the house and needed to have it removed timely. I had to call day after day to get the same run around of "the truck broke down and should be out there this afternoon". We had a terrible experience and would not recommend to any family or friends.

The Poconos experienced a big spike in dumpster demand due to Covid related migration out of New York, Philadelphia, etc during the summer and fall of 2020.   I can certainly understand that, but your staff could have communicated this to its customers. Instead, I had to call day after day and was told repeatedly that it was due to a broken down truck and that by the end of each day I called "it would be removed that day." I had other work crews that had to work around the dumpster making it very difficult.

  This place is great and it's so easy. I've used them 2x already. You get to choose the size and they give you a price upfront. Just order online and the dumpster is delivered. You let them know when to pick it up. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I was charged a fee for failed delivery of a 30 yard roll-off dumpster due to road being blocked with snow. The driveway that the unit was going in was plowed and cleared. The roadway for the development was plowed and cleared. The other company that I contracted the same day was able to drop off a unit. I don't feel I should have been charged due to the inability of the driver to deliver the unit!

  Jeremy, I am reviewing all of our notes regarding this situation. I do see you tried to cancel removal of your dumpster and that that the driver did not get the message in time. As such the dumpster was removed and a new dumpster was delivered at no additional cost. I also see a customer service note stating we would apply a $50 courtesy credit.   I’m actually more like a 4.5, but I’m very pleased with the service we received. The dumpster itself was more suitable for a construction area than a home because of aesthetics. The people went out of their way to get us a dumpster quickly, placed it exactly as we asked them, and the size was perfect! I would absolutely use them again when I need another clean out!
