  The site was easy to navigate, however I was most impressed with the customer service. The phone was immediately answered when I called with my question on part availability taken into consideration. They explained possibilities and took my phone number. After they reached out to the manufacturer, the representative called me very shortly after our conversation with an answer. My part was ordered and received promptly, and the follow through and attention to detail (and soft skills towards me as the client) were quite impressive.

  The website is pretty easy to use. I believe they got most of the price quotes for parts that are from different vendors but are the same exact part fixed. This was causing some issues at one time. CPS also has the best prices on almost every part I have needed. They are my current Go-To site for parts. Thanks CPS!

  I've been in the appliance business for 38 years. Found CPS during a Google search. AMAZING customer service! The lady helping me actually waited for my online to be sent and then immediately sent me an email confirming receipt. Product was shipped lightning speed and received the next day. Price was exceptional too.

  I ordered a part online and was sent an email stating it was ordered. I phoned in a week later to check the status and they informed me it was on backorder and gave me an approximate date. They gave me the option to cancel the order or continue waiting. Customer service was great throughout the process. I finally received the part.

  I ordered a very expensive part, was charged for my purchase, waited several weeks and did not receive any communication at all (let alone my part). When I called in, I was told that the part was backordered until October. I'm very disappointed by the lack of customer service. This is unacceptable when someone is trying to run a business and relies on necessary equipment. I will not make the mistake of ordering from you again.

  I canceled my order. I’m tired of ordering parts that say they’re in stock only to be told two days later that they weren’t. My customers need me to repair their equipment yesterday. Saying you have the parts in stock when you don’t only delays my job that much longer because I still have to track down the part that I thought was already on its way.

  You had the parts I needed at the right price. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when I asked for a receipt I didn’t get it for a few hours. When I contacted CPS and told them I haven’t received the receipt I got a email “ Again !” . The reason I asked again for the receipt was I needed to include the receipt on my expense report. I didn’t need the exclamation point at tide. Because of the ! I will only order from you again if no one else has what I need. Kimberly helped me with my order and I’m 100% satisfied with that side of customer service /sales.

  I found what I was looking for with no problems at all. However, Once I submitted my order, I received an email saying that the price listed was not the correct price. And that the part was actually about $500 more expensive. I don't believe this is a good way to practice business. The price listed on the website should be correct at all times.

  Finding the parts we need was great -- getting them??? Whole other thing. We have not received our order, or even a shipping notice. I called them about a week after the order was placed, and they said the parts were not in stock. Could not tell me when they might be. And the person I spoke with seemed totally unconcerned about the whole issue. No apology, no solution offered, nothing. All other sites we shopped for the same parts showed when a part was not in stock. CPS should do the same, instead of leading customers to believe they actually have parts to sell when they don't.

  I thought that a APW Wyott gas griddle was a no name brand, but to my surprise it's a bigger company than I thought. When I had to convert the griddle from LP to Natural Gas, CPS had the parts in stock and shipped them right away. I couldn't be more happy for their services and I will be using them in the future.
