They have been very good with the repairs we have been having. They understood our urgency to have the equipment repaired and I appreciate their concern and cooperation. Our equipment is old and has taken more than 1 visit to make the repairs, but they have been great to work with this year.

Every time I call CPS, everyone is friendly and will do everything the can to get a tech on sight ASAP. The techs that we have had are very friendly and knowledgeable and will do everything the can to resolve the problem in a timely manner. They cleanup after themselves and will inform me of what they did to resolve the problem.
